Bought bunch of baby Clown Loaches and Pictus Catfish, the Clown Loaches had white spot and spread through-out my aquarium which now has become a challenge to get rid of. A lot of expensive fish will die due to the lack of sanitation which they are meant to do prior to selling.

No cares in regards to the countless dying and disease ridden fish. Iv been in countless times and pretty much always the same, diseases and funguses
You name it they've got it.
If you are wanting to buy fish make sure to buy a separate tank to Medicate in first, there fish are unbelievably expensive when you take into account how many things you need to Medicate for prior to adding to your display aquariums

They have a huge range of products for all types of pets. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this store to everyone I know. They have a customer rewards program which they have just changed to giving them your phone number instead of the card system that they had previously and members still get items at a members only price. They still have a great range of products available for a wide range of pets.

Bait advertising and clearly not in the animals best interests* you apply for a car adoption and they claim there are dozens of people wanting it but a week later the kitten is still there? If they had the cats best interests at heart they would give it to the first suitable owner who wants to give it a loving home. We will never use this fraud business that use animals to bait customers to get them in. Fraud fraud fraud company

Large store, many animals available, many cages, habitats and tanks. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I use the free Dog wash weekly as a member. They have a great range of products and friendly staff

Why do the little mice have toys and stimulation but the baby rats have nothing in their cage except food and newspaper and a plastic house they need to put toys in their cage or they can be reported

Buying a fish tank and we were served by a lady who was so knowledgeable about tank set ups and the fish. So pleasant to meet someone so nice and helpful.

Good store. Wide range if products with good selection, however prices seem to be much better almost anywhere else. However they will price match.

Went in for a water test and to be shown how to test my own water staff was extremely knolagable and friendly I learnt alot

Be aware that if you use GPS to locate, it will take you past Pet City (on your right) once you have turned left into Park Road from Hwy, then take 4th turn at roundabout to get back there! Unfortunately required due to not being able to legally cross the SOLID white line.that runs parallel to the store. Therefore being one entry & one clearly marked exit which you must use.
So the store itself. Being my first time there, I was very impressed by the amount of varied stock on shelves. It must be a paradise for dogs & cats for sure! Unfortunately no stock of Hills vet prescription bikkies I wanted for my furbaby, however owner/manager explained they ca m e from America & there was some back up orders already he was trying to fill as soon as stock was delivered. He checked comp to find his Port Kennedy store showed 1 bag left.so after confirming via phone for me.he asked they hold it so I could go & collect. I would dad recommend this store, along with it's owner/manager who was so helpful & kind. A+A+A+A+A+

My visit to Pet city was great, very friendly staff and the service was equally good. I had many questions answered about what would be good for my puppy as far as feeding goes and the young lady was super knowledgeable. How do I know this, I asked a question about food and she gave me exact detail on certain food that was exactly what vet had told me. Well done.
Definitely take the time to visit this store.

Product knowledge good. Knowledge re proper wearing of masks is poor, and refusal to correct customers with their noses hanging out not appreciated. Currently it is mandated (ie the law) that masks be worn covering nose and mouth totally. Otherwise, why bother?

The team has awesome knowledge about pets. The staff is so nice and helpful and the shop is always clean. Best pet shop in Mandurah

Good stock level during pandemic, staff on day not very engaging though on future stock for my furry kids

Love this place. Great staff. Great you can wash your dog there for free. Great range of products too.
