Plenty of pet supplies, free dog wash. Small range of live pets, I was looking at budgies, lots of them.

Been going here for year's but the new manager seems abit uneducated not to mention rude, you dont turn your back on a customer that is trying to explain something to you

She tried to charge me $30 for a shipping fee after i price matched some dog biscuits online
How can you charge customers shipping fee's for items you have in the store? That's just ridiculous

Go to Pet Barn and you won't have this problem

Staff are always friendly and happy to assist in any way from giving friendly advice to lending a hand where the owner is getting more of a wash then the dog in the FREE dog wash facilities they have.

I rushed into Pet City Jandakot a week or so ago, baby on hip, trying to grab 4 meat rolls for the pooch (and failing by dropping them on the floor). A gorgeous staff member named Jeremy helped pick them up, carry to the register for me, and even brought them out to my car. I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Jeremy, you were so kind and really helped a frazzled mum out. Pet City are lucky to have such a fabulous staff member on board!

Excellent customer service by Amy. She kept us informed through the process about the delays in the fish tank stand arrival. Was always pleasant and apologetic for the delay. Once the products arrived she was extremely helpful in guiding us with setup and shared her knowledge about fish and gave us information leaflet to help us with our selection. Good job Amy keep it up

Great staff and service but unfortunately the prices aren't that competitive which is really important at the moment.

Sam and the team are very friendly and helpful.
Always nice to travel there when ever I need something for my fish tank.

This shop has a great variety of all sorts of animals from fish, snakes and many more.

BUT
We bought a replacement guniepig for the family. We found a 8 week old at Pet City Cockburn.
Because he was so young and new to the shop the staff informed us we could pay for him and they would call us when he is ready.
They did not phone. I called them and the staff lied saying they had called. Another few days before we can pick him up. But they will call. Again NO phone call even though I confirmed the number.
This happened 3 times.
Not happy with the way the staff did not keep to their word.

I've been purchasing from here for years, the staff are great, so friendly and full of helpful advice. Definitely recommend. I no longer live in this area but I now drive out of my way to return to this store

Awkward and uncomfortable when I went into buy a fish for my son, older female employee gave me a lecture about crulty to fish in a unfiltered container. Times have changed since I have owned a fish but I really only needed someone to tell me in a dignified manner, employee was disgustingly rude. So I brought my tank and filters somewhere else and now I'm too uncomfortable to return. I would come for dog Food all the time but now I feel like im in the Twilight zone, I drive further just to avoid her now.

I called up about a rabbit that had been in the store for a few months. I said I would be in within 2 hours to purchase him. I was told on the phone that it was fine because nobody would be coming in for him anyway. When I got there and asked for the rabbit they tell me that he was sold an hour ago, after I called and after I was assured he would be there when I got there.
I drove well out of my way to collect him.
I'm glad he found a home but extremely disappointed with the service from the staff regarding the situation.

Greeted in a friendly manner and great range for my dog. And for everyone they have crawling critters to flying parrots and Guinea pigs to chickens

Always helpful and will order products in if they can for you. Knowledgeable in all areas of pet health, especially reptiles. Are also able to conduct a reptile transfer between reptile licences.

Staff are A+ we also love our little budgie, good selection of bird toys and at a reasonable price

A very nice but small pet store, the staff are very happy and helpful, if you want some scorpions or tarantulas this is the place to go.

Great products, informative staff, they upsold everything to me but I never felt pressured to buy everything and the products suggested were perfect for my very fussy puppy he loved all his new chew toys

I have always gone there when looking for something for my furry friend and never been disappointed.

Staff are super friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. The only concern I had was for the Cockatiels and love birds. When I was there I noticed one the Cockatiels being a bit nasty towards the other Cockatiels and one of the love birds has started feather plucking on the chest. Other then that really good
