Pet City Butler

I’m so happy with the customer service i experience each time we come to the shop! All the staff are always so helpful caring and knowledgeable. Today was just another example of the amazing support I received from the staff also saved me a trip to the vet! I will never shop by where else. You pick your staff well

Bought a budgie here and 4 days later had to get it put down, vet said it had been sick for months, sent an email and never got a response

Love the staff here, they are all friendly and helpful. Not once have I been disappointed in the staff or let down by their advice. The store is always clean, the pet cages are always clean with fresh food and water for the animals on display, and the shelves are always full of stock, if not the product is usually on its way or unavailable. 100% recommend this Pet City to all customers wanting pet needs.

Was surprised to find the pond filter parts I was looking for, as three previous places did not have them.
The staff were great, friendly and helpful.

I went into the Butler Pet City today and was served by Hayley. I wasn't sure of some of the itrms I needed to buy do I asked Hayley if she could help me. She was very polite and knowledgeable but when she was unsure she went and asked the store manager, which I really appreciated rather than giving me the wrong information. Plus once I had paid for the items Hayley helped carry them to my car.
With service like I received today, I would certainly recommend Pet City Butler *****

The Butler store had everything I needed. The grooming girl at the counter helped me out with choosing the correct grooming tools for our dog, she even showed me the correct way to snip away the matted knots and how to brush and comb him correctly. So thanku little lady for your advice and your great customer service.

Just spent nearly 15mins choosing some fish but couldn't get any assistance from the 3 girls standing behind the counter, ive worked in retail for over 20yrs with 15yrs of that being in a petstore so understand ppl can be missed but when there's 3 of u behind the counter chatting I'm not sure how I was missed really

No service at all. 2 staff just chatted the whole time I was there. No offer to help me at all so I walked out

Love this store, gone here several times to pick up items for my cats. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and easy to navigate. Prices are also great in comparison with other pet stores, and they have a membership option that lowers the price on most items even more. Definitely worth a look!

Beautiful staff and very helpful and friendly. Whilst there a lady had collapsed in the carpark, one of the lovely pet city staff ran down a bottle of water. Nearly everyone would have the pet items i need but I always return because of the customer service.

The young staff in this store are so knowledgeable and helpful. I go to this pet shop knowing that I will get exactly what I need without being pushed to buy something I don't need. Thanks especially to the lady with long black hair in the fish section. So glad I listened to her recommendation on fish!:)

With the recent move to butler I found myself in search of a new “pet store”.

Saturday morning came and after waiting for some help and not receiving it after 10 minutes (all staff standing around having a yarn with each other) I came to the following conclusion.

This pet store may aswell been vacant. The mood was similar to the local city morgue, the customer service would have been more fruitful from a rock, and I got a more constructive conversation from my 12 month old grandson.

I spoke to a lady who claimed to be the “new manager” and she was about as energetic as one of the dead fish in their aquariums (perhaps being Saturday it was a fill in manager, or atleast I hope so, otherwise petcity needs to look long and hard into their manager employment criteria) I think a sponsorship from red bull may make this dreary zombie staffed shop a tad more lively.

Would not recommend at all!

It's okay - wouldn't recommend buying fish from here, they last about a week.
