Great products and the absolute best place to just look through the only bad thing is that it's quite expensive.

Friendly staff. Great selection of fish, especially cichlids. Alot to choose from in different stone, driftwood and have Fluval aqua soil for planted tanks which I find difficult to source. Also had a good plant selection last week.

They are so helpful and give the best solution to keep the upkeep to your tank an fish.

Staff was great, had such a range of pet food, some cute and fluffy critters. Amazing fish displays. Reptile displays was awesome. I was disappointed that they don't except Afterpay. But now I know. Recommended them for every thing else.cheers

I went there not too long ago and loved it! There's a large variety of cool pets like lizards, birds, spiders, fish, rabbits and a whole lot more. Staff are welcoming, have good advice and are passionate about their jobs. Great place to look for pets and supplies for your pets.

Went today to check out cat enclosures and ending up buying pet mince and catnip. Staff were approachable and kind friendly

Great range of products. They have dog washing facilities (I have just seen them and not used them). Staff are always happy to help.

The staff here are very helpful, accomodating over Covid, I wasn't able to wear a mask.
I rang and asked if it was possible for them to bring my order to my car so I could still get my furbaby his special food.
It wasnt an issue for the staff and I greatly appreciated their effort.
Thank you to the staff members and this is why I will continue to remain a faithful customer.

I was searching WA for a sadly discontinued toy that is my dog’s absolute favourite and wasn’t having much luck but Kylie and the team at Pet City Bunbury found it for me and arranged postage to me in Albany. I am eternally grateful and only wished I lived in Bunbury so Pet City could be my go to pet store. They went above and beyond and made a little dog and her owner very happy.

Fantastic staff, great products at reasonable prices and, well, there's a Macaw. I'm biased.

Helpful staff, really well laid out. Lost a star because they didn't have a lot of budgie toys or choice of seed. Lots of stuff for cats and dogs though, and they support a local dog rehoming charity which I think is awesome. They are usually the first place I go to for my pet stuff.

Beautiful Birds, Lovely Staff. Great range of pretty much everything pet related. Biggest downfall in how busy it gets at times. By far my favourite pet shop!

Great shop, with fun and friendly staff. I get my fish from there. If you want a scorpion, tarantula, python, blue tongue, large snail, fluffy rabbit thats the place for you. Good member discounts on equipment and food supplies.
