A friendly, professional and reliable vets. The vet was quick to help us, and she was informative with her advice. This place is our go-to whenever we have a dog emergency.

It was terrific to note - in addition to the excellent care our puppy received - a mentoring approach which ensured younger vets were fully supported in caring for their patients by senior vets, a strong team that ensured no details were missed and clear communication to us. We would not hesitate to come back.

Dr Jill and her team took amazing care of our little boy Widget when he was very sick with the cat flu and things looked really bad.
We will always be grateful for the love, care and time taken by the team and Dr Jill to enable our boy to make a full recovery and come home.

So glad they have a new Vet Emergency near us, had some issues with the puppy, we called them beforehead and as soon as we get there, they took him in straight away, while I was waiting there, although one nurse doing everything at the front house, she answered the phone promptly and look after other patients, the vets were very nice and easy to talk to, clearly very knowledgeable and I appreciated that they followed up with how my puppy was. Highly recommend them!

Brought my dog in at about 9pm, asmin staff and vet Anton were diligent and friendly, I didn't wait long to get my terrier x assessed. Anton was thorough, no complaints from me.

I had a very sick fur baby last week and I took him to PVE thinking the worst outcome possible.
The staff and vets there were wonderful, they kept him in and updated us through the night, everyone was so kind and caring.
He was diagnosed with Diabetes and was in a serious state.
I'm pleased to say that they got him stabilised and he's now home.
Still a long road to getting his Meds just right but he's pretty much back to his old self.
Big shout out to these guys, I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff were calm and reassuring when we rushed our staffy in panicked after she got bitten by a bee. Recommend this clinic highly.

Our 4 month old puppy fell on her leg and they were so attentive and caring through the entire process. I will definitely be using them again in the future if needed.

Recently we had the misfortune of having a very sick German Shepard puppy and following emergency surgery he needed close observations for 24hrs. The team at PVE where amazing and I cannot fault their care they gave. We were informed of his progress regularly and even got some photos of his beautiful face in the morning. I would highly recommend PVE to others and if we ever need emergency care again I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Had to visit at 2am with my sick puppy. I had a very good experience, especially with April, the veterinarian, she was very gentle and caring. Everyone was lovely, reassuring and I was informed of what to look for if my puppy deteriorated.

My poor boy had the flu and was having a lot of trouble breathing and bought him in and everyone was so lovely and was give the best advice and care provided for him! So close and convenient. Couldn't have been better and now my baby is back in tip top health! Thank you for everyone there for being so kind
