Please don’t go to this salon they make you pay a deposit to secure your appointment And if you do need to change your time or reschedule it is impossible to do so and they keep your money and say that they didn’t receive the message and because it not 24 hours notice.
They have done this to me twice now and claim they have never received the message or my cancellation.
And to top it off all my lashes fell out that very week and the girl blamed me that l didn’t look after them properly so I highly recommend not to go!

Best Lash Technicians in Perth. Have been visiting the Salon for 3 years for lash extensions and they always take great care during appointments. Thanks to Lisa I always have beautiful and healthy lashes!

My eyes were stinging during the process. The next day I woke to lots of stinging and watery eyes. Also a lot of the lashes had fallen out after the first day although I following the advice and didnt wash my eyes etc. Went back the ne'xt day and the technician put more lashes on. However, the lashes continued to fall out every day more than they should I would not recommend using this company, I think they use inferior glue and product. When I had lashes applied elsewhere over the years they were wonderful for several weeks, I even swam and had not problems

Booked and paid a deposit online and no one showed up for my app shop was closed couldnt get through. Got hold of someone and they said they would refund my $50 still waiting. SCAM do not book

Arrived for my appointment and the shop was closed. Called number and was told someone would call me back as they must be running late. No one called back. Waited half an hour and no one arrived or contacted me.

My experience wasn't a good one first the technician was late with no apology not even a good morning.
As I followed her professional advice led to believe it was better for my lashes I've been left disappointed 2 days in they are falling out
Wouldn't recommend this place also abit pricey.

I’ve had 5 visits for eyelash extensions here and the last 3 visits my lashes have lasted no longer than 5 days, 3 visits in 3 weeks only to be left with poor lash extensions and extremely swollen eyes. After trying to contact the manager to get the issue resolved I got no response what so ever. I didn’t even receive the service I asked for and was charged more because the technician took it upon herself to change my lashes to what they call volume. Working in the service industry myself it’s appalling that nobody has contacted me to rectify the situation or at least give me some form of compensation for the nearly $250 I’ve spent in the last 3 weeks
My eyes are swollen and the lashes look horrific, I’ve never had to leave a bad review in my life but the state my eyes have been left in is disgusting

I made a last minute booking this morning for 940am for a spray tan. After driving 25minutes to arrive at 930am I found the entire place locked up.
Nobody arrived by my appointment time and so I rang the number provided in the appointment confirmation text only to be told she couldn't call the girl who was supposed to be there only message and someone would get in contact with me. Glad I didn't keep waiting as I am still waiting for that call.

I was very disappointed with this place. The first red flag for me was the online booking system where I made an appointment to get eyelash extensions done, the appointment time I picked online said was available so I picked it (10: 30am) I got an email to confirm my app. I was just leaving my house when I received a text msg to say that there was a double booking at 10: 30am and they couldn’t do my lashes and I would have to come back at 2pm.then I paid over $100 for lashes that didn’t even last me a week! I texted the company to say how disappointed I was after paying so much money and I didn’t get a response. Don’t waste your time and money!

These bad reviews made me nervous but my experience was very good! I had Lisa for a half set and she did a really good job. She listened to what I was looking for and delivered exactly that. She took her time and was super nice and professional. The physical space is a little dirty which is something the owner could maybe attend to but otherwise, honestly, a good experience and happy with my result:)

I made an appointment online, had a confirmation that evening to say it was approved and to read through the cancellation policy etc.prior to the appointment. Received a text the Friday morning to confirm my appointment for that afternoon. Received an email confirming the confirmation but then a hour before the appointment, received a text message saying my appointment time was double booked, could I come instead on Monday? No, I could not which is why I was my appointment was for Friday. The mobile I received the message from and responded to was then switched off.
A bit disappointing as I rescheduled my day to make this appointment and was on my way to the appointment when the text was sent so couldn’t read it and only got the message when I was parked outside the centre. I tried to call right away, 15mins early to my appointment, and the two numbers I had, one was switched off and the other, a man told me someone will call me back shortly. Someone accidentally dialled me from one of the numbers and I could hear them discussing the issue and that it was just basically “too bad”. I sat outside waiting for a call back and then left after 10mins. Needless to say, my call was never actually returned!
You’re very strict with cancellations and require full payment if under 24hrs notice is given, that hardly seems fair as you couldn’t even have the decency to call me earlier that day and rectify your error nor could you return my call to apologise for the inconvenience! Really poor customer service, total disregard for your customers time!

Ok, so this exact thing has happened to me TWICE with this business. The first time, I booked a spray tan at the west Perth location, arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and the salon was closed. Called the number and was informed the technician had forgotten about my appointment and could I please go to the north Perth location instead? A little inconvenient but sure. Arrived at north Perth and had my tan. Fine. Whatever. This time, I again booked my appointment at the west Perth location, arrived and was informed that the manager would like me to go to the north Perth location. So, once again I’m driving to north Perth for a tan I booked in west Perth. The technician seemed to have prior knowledge of this so why didn’t I? I have multiple confirmation emails and texts (all for the west Perth location) and I paid a deposit for my appointment. If the manager can communicate to their staff about such things, why not clients? Anyway, I arrived at the north Perth location - for the tan I booked in west Perth - and the salon was closed I called the number provided at least three times, left voicemails asking for a response yet, here I am, a full 24 hours later with no explanation. Out of pocket the deposit I paid, not to mention the time wasted driving to multiple locations for absolutely nothing. Honestly, the level of incompetence and disorganisation boggles the mind.

Been going to this salon since it was just a small Tanning booth at the back of a waxing salon (probably 5 or 6 years ago now!) and whilst I only go for big occasions not very often I'm always happy with their lashes!
Tonight I also got an eyebrow wax and tint too and now I'm primed for my 30th birthday on the weekend

10th July 5: 10 appt, first tanning appt ever, it was really nice, I liked the lady that worked there she was kind and explained things well. My tan looks nice, I'm happy.

Girls I'm saddened to hear about the online spamming, just keep doing your thing and people will work out the rest. I don't need much in the way of a spray tan - but one of these girls does a Brow Arch to die for! And If the 5 woman deep waiting room every Thursday night means anything - they've been doing some spray tanning pretty OK for all these years! Xxx

I don’t write reviews, let alone bad ones but really want to share my experience.

I had a 5: 45pm appointment booked, I booked online and received 2 confirmations and a text confirmation the day off. I responded confirming my time the day of and arrived at 5: 30 because I don’t like being late. Walking up to the salon I can see the door is locked and all lights are off, initially I thought they had other clients and locked the doors while they were treating which is understandable. I knocked but no answer, thought I would give it another 10 minutes as I was early after all. Just after 5: 40 I try to contact them but it goes to voicemail, I leave a message and text that number as advised to do so. I gave it another 5 minutes and rang again. Still no answer. I sent another text. It’s about 6 by now, I call again and text again. Still no response. It is now 3 hours later and I still haven’t heard anything. I wait half an hour and no body showed up, no one came through the salon. I knocked several times and tried to call again. I understand that these things happen, booking mistakes or clients go over but it’s a week out from Christmas and everyone’s time is precious so it was disappointing and disrespectful to not have any communication especially when there are so many clauses in there about canceling within 24hours of the appointment and how you could be charged 50% or even 100% if it’s within 5 hours and yet no one bothered to show up or contact me.

After reading the reviews of their lashes maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t end up going there.

I hate writing bad reviews, but something about this needs to change.
Received a spray tan, lady was relatively nice but had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment to be let in. I tan quite frequently, and this one is patchy at best! My hands and feet here done atrociously! Will NOT be returning and hope others do not as well. (lady obvi doesn't clean the floor ever as even with the stick on pads for your feet, the minimal times I touched the floor in the closet of a tanning room, my feet are now black.)
