Roy and Jack from Perth Soakwells did a good and thorough job of inspecting my existing soakwell and installing a new soakwell to supplement the existing system. They were very knowledgeable and professional made me feel at ease and I would recommend them to anyone with Soakwell issues.

Perth soakwells is a scam, their south Perth address is non existant. There is no address to go look at their products. I would suggest that they want you to buy sight unseen and pay upfront and you get nothing.

Perth Soakwells replaced the cheap and nasty Soakwells originally installed by pool company that collapsed. They were responsive to my initial Enquiry and turned up on time. Did a great job installing new Soakwells and left area neat and clean. Thanks Jac and Roy for excellent job.

Jacques and his guys were excellent on a very difficult job. They worked a long 12 hour day and came back the next morning to finish off and clean up. They did more than what was quoted to give me the right outcome and the extra costs were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Jacques from Perth Soakwells was the only person from a range of different soakwell suppliers who was willing to come and do a sit visit to assess exactly what we needed. He provided a quote within 24 hours and they were able to do the job as a rush in a matter of days. Perth Soakwells is a well run credible company that delivers. My experince was second to none. Being a DYIer - I needed some advice and assistance to install a row of 10 soakwells. Jamie walked me through the whole thing, initially over the phone and then on delivery of the units - so that a more practical perspective could be gained. Excellent service and a great product that cost me 70% less than a conctrete well liner. I have added a photo of the tight spot i had to install the 10 liners as well as the digger i hired from Jamie.

These guys are great, very good attention to detail and are very clear on how they propose to complete the work and seek your feedback. They even came back after finishing the job to amend something that was my mistake! Don't use anybody else!

This is the second time I have used this company they did all the soak wells for a 60 square metre patio, so I had them come again and put in the soak wells for my stratco garden shed. Great company to do business with would definitely recommend

Jac installed our new soak wells that for some reason weren’t done from new? He did a great job explaining everything along the way. He was patient as we had to take away some sand during his works. He followed up with a phone call as well asking how they were going after some huge down pours. We appreciated that. We are very happy with the work from start to finish. Five stars for sure. My elderly grandparents found themselves in trouble when our backyard caused our house to floor. Luckily we had you guys to help, coming out at 5pm and working hard until 8pm getting a new soakwell put in for us ready for the next storm about to hit.
