I rented a car for 9 days in August 2023. The pick-up and return process at the airport was seamless and efficient. The car I took was in good status, well-cleaned, and better than the picture that I saw on the website. Jeff was friendly, accommodating, and responsive to my requests as well as inquiries during the whole rental period. I'll definitely come back to this company for my next trip and will make a booking directly without going through the 3rd party website.

This is a great car rental company. The reception staff can speak Chinese, explain in detail, and provide enthusiastic service! The rented car is in good condition, the price is fair, and there are many thoughtful small equipment as gifts. The car was returned late on the last day, and not only was there no displeasure, I took another car to take me to the city. Next time I come to Perth, I will come to this car rental company again.

I rented a brand new Sportage for 4 days and it was in great condition.
Above all, the staff was very kind and explained in detail, and it was nice to return it.

Awesome rental experience from Perth Rent-A-Car. We rented an SUV (Kia Sportage) for the drive up north, and met with some unexpected issues along the way. The rental guys were nice, helpful and patient to guide us along (special mention to Jeff and Ricky!) Definitely not my last time to Perth, and I'll be sure to rent from them on my next visit.

Fyi, they share the same general space as AutoTribe so just keep a lookout for the orange building/ roof (can't rmb exactly) as you navigate Newcastle Street. It is at the corner just before you turn into Cleaver St.

The best car rental experience ever! Super easy to book online and choose the car and get confirmation straight away and by far the most competitive pricing compared to all others. Staff were so friendly, they treat you like people not another rental. Yea you do need to quickly wash car through a nearby automatic drive through washing place but small price to pay. Can’t recommend these guys anymore, 110% would use them again without hesitation! Thanks a million guys!

Remarkable customer service from Jeff who is willing to go the extra mile to pick us up at hotel and drive us to the car pickup location without any extra charges! Collection of car was fast, less than 15min. No hidden charges and all terms per earlier agreement.

Returning of car at the airport was at ease too although we felt very guilty to make last minute changes on the scheduled meetup timing but arrived an hour late due to unforeseen circumstances. Jeff was very kind, patient and ready to offer his advices and help when he knew about our situation. Really grateful and lucky getting to know him and hire a car from them! Will def recommend and refer friends to this car rental company:)

P. S. The only improvement i think is to get the car clean more thoroughly both exterior and interior.

We were referred by a friend in Singapore to engage Perth Rent-A- Car services for our 10 Day Western Australia Road trip. As this trip was our first long distance driving experience, we needed a car company that is trustworthy and reliable. We arranged for airport transfers vehicle as well as a mpv for a road trip as we have many huge luggages and golf bags.
Upon arrival at Perth International Airport, we were welcomed by 2 friendly staff Nicholas and Jeff, and 2 sparkling clean vehicles, a Tesla Model X for us and Honda Odyssey to transport our golf bags and luggages to our accommodation.
We were very impressed with their professional service as their staff was very helpful and stayed in contact with us during our road trip in case we needed any assistance.
The car is so well maintained and it definitely felt like a new car, which really reassured us that we will reach each and every destinations safely according to our itinerary. Even up to the last day when we were bound for our flight back to Singapore, they picked us up on time and ensured that we arrived at the airport safely.
