2 I’m so grateful to have found Jess, she creates such a warm, safe and comforting space. We have a laugh most sessions and she is incredibly knowledgeable. She has given me many tools to handle even the smallest of issues that might pop up, as well as helped me to learn more about why my brain & emotions work the way that they do and how knowing/understanding this information is important to manage it properly.
I’d highly recommend Jess, especially if you are a young adult looking for a relatable psychologist that almost feels more like a friend, a very very wise & smart friend.
