Returned to my property after renting it out for 18 months and found it was not professionally cleaned even after promises that it would be done days prior.
Allegedly arranged cleaners 3 more times before sending domestic cleaners to clean the oven, shower and bbq in the speedy time of an only hour. Frustrated, I ended up getting professional cleaners at my own expense.
These guys are fine when they’re taking your money but completely unprofessional when the contract closes. Would not use them again.

Sarah was very approachable and friendly to deal with. She was respectful of our time and space as tenants, and was always communicative with us.

Kristy and Brooke have been fantastic and have really helped me transition from my previous property management company which wasn’t fulfilling my expectations. They’re observant and attentive and although I’ve only spoken with them over email, I genuinely feel like I’m having a conversation with a real person instead of going round in circles with a business. Brooke has overseen the property with a couple of different tenants now and it is also reassuring to see reviews online of PPM treating tenants with respect when they’re also so easy to work with as a landlord, it doesn’t have to be a case of ‘one or the other’, they seem to handle both sides competently and I feel really secure with them looking after my rental.
