Dr Downing is one of two Doctors I see at Perth Medical Centre, the other is Dr Bede Rogers, who is my primary care Doctor. I have always left the surgery if not feeling better but always feeling happier. Sometimes the waiting time can drag on but I am always greeted by a big smile and an apology for keeping me waiting. I would rather be kept waiting by a Doctor who is thorough than rushed thru as just another patient. Dr Rogers and Doctor Downing always take the time to listen and help anyway they can. If you want a Doctor with good old fashioned service, then book yourself in to Perth Medical Centre next time you need care.
