I had my lash appointment on Saturday, 16 December 2023 and it was done by a senior tech.

I have had lash extensions previously done at other places and followed the care routine. Within hours of having it done, my eyelash extension got clumpy and some started falling off. The lashes used are not of high quality and are messy.

Unhappy with the service provided for the costs of the appointment. Will not recommend.

I visited Perth Lash Extensions before moving to London and very pleased to be able to return and find them still going. Only a couple of the same staff as before but just as happy with Tara's work. Glad to be back!

Been to a number of sub standard lash places until found Perth Tan and Lash in West Perth. Been long time happy customer with fortnightly 4D refills with Jess! Always get beautiful lashes and efficient friendly service. Jess even tolerates my falling asleep /snores through treatment! Highly recommend!

Have been getting my lash extensions done here for a while now. I cannot recommend Jessica enough she always does an amazing job with my lashes. The staff are friendly and the premises is well kept

My review is for Jessica at Perth Lash Extensions, although I have had Tara and another lady when she was in America who were both very good too. The City West salon is clean, neat and very professional. Jessica is a great Lash Artist, she has been here over the years I have been coming and really goes above and beyond ; I love coloured lashes and am quite fussy with the style and curls etc and Jessica is always patient with my expectations and can create the look that I want every time. Over Christmas she got coloured diamontes especially for me. 5 stars from me!

One of the best Lash salons I have been too. The staff are so friendly and professional and my eyelashes look great. Even though I get them done consistently they have remained healthy and I love how beautiful I feel when I get them done! I can come after work which means I can always keep up with refills, I used to struggle with another place when I could only come on Saturdays and always ended up leaving it too long. Thank you for looking after me!

Would not recommend for anyone with sensitive eyes looking to get lash extensions here. Had my eyes glued shut, the lady claimed it was because I fell asleep, which didn’t happen. Eyes were burning for 3 days after the appointment and lashes started to fall out right after the appointment. Over priced services.

Great natural look achieved. Comfortable (love the little blanket) and relaxing. Lash therapist asked questions to ensure I got the look I wanted.

I had my eyelashes done by Jessica, who is an amazing make-up artist. She is so gentle with application, which is a big thing for me; as i dont like people touching my face haha. And to top it all have my eyelashes look amazing every time.

This time tried out the West Perth Lash Salon which is much newer and bigger. My first time doing Brow Lamination with Priyanka, I absolutely love them!

This place was terrible. They can not do hair up. Only very poor quality curly with old irons that smoked in between use. Cheap lashes and were unable to apply them. We walked out without the job finished. Do not go here!

I absolutely love this place, I’ve been coming here for nearly a year now and can always count on Jessica or Yen to make my lashes look amazing! They are both very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking to get eyelash extensions done.

I just had another appointment with the lovely lash extension therapist Yen, and do not say lightly — I have never, ever been so happy with my lashes. Her work is incredibly personally tailored and experienced. Yen is a lash Magician. Highly recommend!

I've had my lashes done at Tan Lash and Beauty in West Perth three times now. I've had Jess every time. She does such a professional job and is so kind and gentle. I wouldn't go to any one else in Perth other than Jess

Booked this salon as they stated the appointments were refundable, I had to cancel my appointment due to Covid and then expected to get a refund, I rang the store multiple times and no answer, they answered once and I asked to get a refund and the girl was extremely rude said she doesn’t know and would ring me back and no call, tried ringing multiple times and no response, extremely disappointed and will have to contact my bank, was planning to book again but definitely will not be.

I had my first ever lash lift done by Yen at the West Perth salon. She was friendly, professional, and also very patient with my sensitive eyes

I got many compliments about my lashes, saying it was a “nice and clean” job️

Location is easy to find and has free parking.

First visit to Perth Lash Extensions. My second time having Wispy Lashes and I added on Henna Brows which I've never had before. I'm happy with the result, the Beautician was very thorough and made sure she had achieved what I asked for. I will definitely be back for refills, the only negative was difficulty getting through on the phone on Saturday afternoon to let them know I was running late but we got there in the end.

I get my lashes done with the amazing Yen? Honestly never disappointed in the services they offer. The girls are all amazing, very friendly and accommodating xxx
