I asked for a very light clean up around the brows as I prefer to have them not shaped, I walked out with the complete opposite of what I asked and a different brow shape. I am unhappy with the eyebrows - however the lash tint was good.

Disappointing Experience at Perth Lash Extensions

I recently visited Perth Lash Extensions for eyelash extensions and a spray tan, and I left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the services provided.

Firstly, the staff members seemed disinterested and unfriendly from the moment I walked in. Their lack of warmth and professionalism immediately set a negative tone for my visit.

As for the eyelash extensions, I had high hopes for a glamorous and natural look for my refills, but unfortunately, the result was far from what I expected. The technician pulled out the eyelash extensions I had which where much longer and fuller then the result. The technician seemed inexperienced and rushed, resulting in uneven and clumpy lashes. It was evident that little attention to detail was given, and the final outcome was not worth the hefty price tag.

Additionally, the spray tan was a complete disaster. Not only was the application uneven, leaving me with splotchy patches, but the color also turned out completely unnatural and orange. It was embarrassing to be seen in public with such a poorly executed tan, and I had to spend additional time and money to have it corrected elsewhere.

To top it off, the overall cleanliness of the salon was questionable, and the ambiance was far from inviting. The lack of hygiene and welcoming atmosphere only added to my disappointment.

Overall, my experience at Perth Lash Extensions was a letdown, and I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for quality eyelash or tanning treatments. Save your time and money and seek out a more reputable establishment that values professionalism and customer satisfaction.

There was only myself and two other customers when I went so it is on the smaller side but runs efficiently and I felt comfortable. The girl who did my lashes made me feel comfortable and should be commended in doing such a thorough job.

I love this place because the service is excellent. I first started coming here in October 2021 and have continued to every 2 or 3 weeks because the staff know what they are doing and they are very gentle. I always have people commenting on how beautiful my lashes are and my lashes stay intact after every visit.

Lash Tech Pri has now done my extensions twice, I wanted wet look wispy hybrids and oh my gosh did she deliver… I’ve shopped around a couple of places and Pri is the best I’ve had. She’s gentle, makes sure you’re comfy and offers you a blanket. She also checks on you during the process. Lash retention is good and I get so many compliments!

Horrible experience. Used wrong lashes on me and placed them on my skin not lashes so I had to get them removed somewhere else, because they would not do a removal for me. They also blamed me for not telling them which correct lash type to use.

The BEST lash extensions I’ve ever had and they last so well! I’ve been going here for over a year now and will never be able to go elsewhere after having lisa as my lash technician, she is amazing!

I found Perth Lash Extensions by googling Lash Extension Salons as this was my very first time trying out Eyelash Extensions. Lisa did a Hybrid set for me (a mix of their two main types) and they look amazing. She was professional, friendly, answered all of my many questions and really it was a great experience for me. I highly recommend this business!

Our hairdresser recommended this business for lashes when I lived in North Perth three years ago.
I have been happy with all the girls here but even though we moved to Wembley last year I still drive back to see Lisa every 2 weeks - the attention to detail and pride she takes in her work is worth it.

If I could leave 0 stars I for this business I would. What an absolute abhorrent Director, I’m absolutely disgusted. I was a regular visitor to this salon for approximately 6 months with no issues at all, Lisa was wonderful for extensions. I recently visited the salon to try a lash lift. I had a different therapist whom was clearly inexperienced in this service. My lashes were curled back into themselves, bent and frizzled. I kindly contacted the salon to advise what happened and that I was unhappy. I was met with no initial reply and when I followed up a second time, the Director text messaged me (an unusual method of communication considering the situation) and I was disgusted with her response. NO apology, NO offer to have me come back in to have them fixed or relaxed, just that she would process a refund, that I was breaking the policy and agreement of consulting to a lash lift (I didn’t sign anything and she wouldn’t/couldn’t provide me with any such agreement) AND to top it off, told me to never come back - aka ‘find another therapist outside of their salon’). I have no words. Shocked, disheartened, embarrassed and quite frankly never in my life dealt such terrible customer service and aftercare considering I have been a loyal and happy customer to date.

EDIT*** I have never, ever blackmailed anyone or business in my life. I can’t believe the lies an individual in a professional industry would make on a public forum to soften the blow of a poor review. I little bit of advice, take some lessons in customer service and when someone complains, take it, fix it, and learn from it. Customer satisfaction is your bread and butter and lying doesn’t go down well. I’ll be heading to consumer affairs for this one. Shocking.

The girl who did my Lashes did the best set I've had since moving to Perth and is one of the advanced volume trainers here. A+

I have been coming here for quite some time now and loved how Sandra did my henna brows. Always walked out happy. I was sad to hear Sandra had left and was a little nervous having someone else last night.didn’t need to worry! I Had the beautiful Laura do them and they are so good. Such a perfectionist. Best place in Perth for fabulous tans and lashes. I had tan, eyelash tint and lift plus eyebrow shape just before Xmas. I felt like a million dollars. Professional and friendly service. Excellent value for money. Thanks guys.

I have been coming here since they shared with the Brazilian place on the corner years ago.
The Estonian girls are fully dedicated to Lashes and put their heart into what they do - its amazing how they work! I've tried their newer place in the city which is bigger I keep coming back here, it's been in North Perth forever and I love the buzz during Saturday appointments!

Lisa beautifully tinted my brows exactly how I wanted them for my wedding. She also did a spray tan for me the same day and told me everything I need to know from how to choose a tan to how to keep the tan nice and make it last longer which was good because it was my first time spray tan. I was worried at first because I have scars that make me feel insecure but Lisa was professional and made me feel so comfortable, I completely forgot about the scars.
I also have had Laura doing my lashes several times. I only ever go to Estonian girls because I am super fussy about my lashes and have had too many bad experiences in other salons. She makes me feel pretty and does her job with passion.
Big thanks for both girls, I will definitely be coming back! I would give 10 starts if I could!
