Perth Lash Extensions - Eyelash Extensions Carousel Cannington

Disorganised and rushed. Booked into North Perth. Arrived it was closed. Difficult to contact store. Was told to rush to west Perth. Super rushed tan. No instructions. No post care instructions. Tan looks fine but won’t go back.

I come here every break religiously, it’s the best tan I’ve ever gotten. 100% recommend, I love it!

Running 1/2 late. Tanning machine had leak so was spraying everywhere as well as other places. Very uneven- feet black and soles of feet black and feet stickers still stuck in places after 2 days.
Not a professional at all. No offer to put moisturiser on knees or heels!
Next day tan was blotchy everywhere!

Definitely would not recommend this business for makeup or hair styling.
I had my makeup and hair done at the West Perth clinic.
I showed the staff member what I would like done for my makeup, specifically my eyeshadow. She looked at the picture and then proceeded to go ahead. The whole makeup up process was completely rushed, with minimal communication to myself during the process. When my eyes were done, the eyeshadow had had no effort put into it and did not look anything like I had asked. When I queried this, she stated ‘I only booked for one hour’ and ‘in those photos, there is lots of lighting. ’ I had to make multiple corrections, including fixing my uneven eyeliner and blending my contour. At the end it looked like makeup I could have just done at home, and not what you would expect of a professional service you are paying for. You could tell there was no effort going into my makeup, and no pride in her work.
When I asked about my hair styling, I asked for curls that would suit shorter hair, and would stay in for a long and not just drop out straight away. I was met with ‘we are not hairdressers, we do makeup, lashes and just hair styling’ and ‘your hair might not stay, it depends on the hair. She essentially stated that my hair might completely go straight. I appreciate that some hair will hold curls different to others, however her response indicated a lack of skill to be able to be providing a paid hair styling service, or even an attempt at trying. Again minimal effort was put in, no parting or combing of the hair, no attempt to make changes or attempt other curls at my request, and I went home to add more curls myself.
I think if the staff are not confident in makeup and hair styling it should not be advertised as a paid, professional service.

Disappointed and Disgraceful.
I booked in to get my hair and makeup done for my 21st birthday, and was very let down. The lady tried a foundation shade, and when i asked for a lighter shade she just ignored me and continued to rub orange foundation on my face.the makeup brushes she used were DIRTY and clearly has not been cleaned in months. The eyeshadow was not blended, and my whole cheek was brown with 'contour'. It was topped off with barbie pink blush and a gold highlighter that was not made for my light complexion. I asked her to take it off and just curl my hair, which dropped after 5 minutes. I then had to rush around trying to find a new makeup artist to do my makeup in an hour as i was not prepared to be doing my own makeup, so had nothing with me to do it myself.
To advertise yourselves as professional makeup artists is a complete joke. You ruined what was supposed to be a special night for me, and then you charged me money for it. I understand that not everyone is good at makeup, but do NOT advertise yourselves as professionals when you are worse than amateur.
I am so unhappy with this experience and i never leave bad reviews as i get that everyone has bad days, however this was my birthday and it ended up being stressful and led me to have several panic attacks. It was unsanitary, unprofessional and so so disappointing.
I would like my money back.

My girlfriend just went and got her lash extensions done. She showed the lady exactly what she wanted, but the results did not look any different to her natural eye lashes. Not even noticable. A waste of 2hrs and $145.

My 'classic' set was so small you couldn't even tell they were there. They are not worth $125 go somewhere else!

I booked appointment with them a week before. 2 hour before my appointment they just rang me and said my appointment will be cancelled bcs someone else had booked on same time too as we have 2 calendar and we did not know that time slot booked twice not professional i am travelling next day and they cancelled my appointment. Not gonna book next time.very unprofessional!

I booked an appointment with them and had to cancel due to being a fifo worker and needing to stay onsite. I called 3 days prior to cancel - no answer, so left a message saying I wanted to cancel and left my phone number. I never heard back, so rang again, did the same thing. Still nothing. I rang every day up until the appointment and still nothing. I am very angry as I had paid for the appointment and haven't gotten a refund.

Dear Perth Tan, Lash & Beauty,

I regret to post this, however I have tried to contact you via Facebook messenger, Instagram and phone call and have had no response (even though the messages have been seen).

I booked in to have my makeup done and hair styled, and I want to bring a few things to your attention:
-I paid $150 (1.5 hour appointment) and your employee only took hour, so I feel it was rushed. If I had known it wouldn’t take this long, I would of just booked the hour time slot.
-My eyelashes had started coming off 15 minutes after I left the salon, and they were also too short for the length of my eye line.
-The foundation or powder used did not match my skin tone.
-One of my eyebrows was not completely filled in, so did not match the other.
-The original image that I showed your employee was what I was hoping to receive, and unfortunately the final product did not look similar.
-My hair had also dropped within fifteen minutes of leaving the salon, in which I asked for it to be tight so I could brush it out myself later on.

I am quite upset that I had paid for a service and went home and took it all off, and had to re-curl my hair and do my own makeup. I also wanted to ensure you were informed so that it doesn’t happen to future clients.

Gorgeous girl who runs the place.made my experience so much better than what I was expecting, first tan in ten years so I was very nervous as last tan I turned orange. Well that did not happen, I'm so happy with my lovely glow! ! Will be returning to see her again, so friendly, helpful, sweet & everything else, absolute star in customer service. So do yourself a favor, no need to go into carousel or use other places in cannington.
Just a heads up thou this place is located inside the Cecil street barber on the corner so you need to go in there.
She's brilliant, you will not regret. ️️️ First time visitor WOW! ️

Just moved to Carousel and needed a Tan, I'm a Wrestler and do shows Monthly, so I thought id give these guys a try. I was greeted by Ashleigh and she couldn't have been nicer, super friendly enviroment, great prices for the product and service. Will definitely be my go to. Ashleigh went above and beyond for offering help and advice.

Salon is clean, customer service was amazing my lash lady was very gentle, I love my lashes thank you for making me feel beautiful I would definitely recommend.

Really disappointed. Classic 2 week refill. We had trouble finding this place, so when I called the number listed on their website (the main location) the lady was not helpful. She simply said " I don't know anything about the other location, I just work here". We eventually found it (inside a barber shop). Nobody was there and I ended up waiting over 20 minutes past my appointment! I'm not happy at this point. The lady finally arrives, she does apologize, but she does not wash her hands but simply uses a small amount of hand sanitizer and then proceeded to do my lashes. I couldn't believe it! She was finished in about 30 minutes. I can honestly say the work she did was sloppy and rushed, one eye looks like it's supposed to and the other looks flat and there are a few spots she missed on the outside corner. I just wanted to get out of there. Can't recommend to anyone, ever!

Lashes all fell off within 1 week, my natural lashes didn't fall out, just the extensions. I cannot believe this person is still in business. Also tried to change my appointment time to 2 hours later, and was really unorganised and late with terrible customer service! Guess you get what you pay for.

I am abit disappointed in my lash lift I got last night. First of all it was late which I can understand 10-15 mins but it was 45mins late. And half my lashes haven’t really curled and some of them are doing a weird bent thing. It was a waste of my 100$ I also have a wedding to go to tomorrow:/

My wife had the third choice (3D Russian Volume) just two days afterward and almost all her eyelashes had gone. She tried to contact them but no one responded even she didn't get any reply to her message. I wouldn't recommend this shop. We had really bad experience. Worse staff ever.

Had classic eyelash extensions done at the new shop in Cannington after being to North Place a few years back. Great work and they lasted for ages. So glad I found this place much closer to home.
