I have just completed a sound therapy session with Francesca. All I can say is, WOW, absolutely mind blowing perfect. The sound therapy placed me into such a deep state of relaxation, that for me is near impossible.
If like me you find it difficult to meditate, then this therapy certainly brings that level of meditation to you. Highly recommend!
