Really happy. My 2 year old was having horrible ear infections which was affecting her hearing and speech. They didn’t wait got me to see someone right away and had surgery the following week. Really can’t fault them. Absolutely amazing.

Never going back. Keep you waiting for about 40 mins after your actual appointment time forcing everyone to pay multiple times for Wilson parking. Also when you finally do get seen it’s all very rushed. And then at the end it’s completely overly expensive. Going elsewhere.

I had my nose surgery in 2020 with Dr Chris. Honestly this surgery was life changing on so many ways. The service was professional, no complications and the centre was very helpful with getting my PATS forms sorted also. I can't speak highly enough, anyone who ever brings up breathing difficulties I always tell them about the Perth ENT centre.

I don't write many reviews, but I needed to share my experience at the Perth ENT Centre. Dr Dhepnorrarat's care has completely changed my life. I went in due to a life-long inability to breathe through my nose (I could barely wheeze) and sleep disturbance that was getting worse. Dr D conducted a series of tests and we agreed to proceed with correction of a deviated septum, enlarged turbinate removal and sinus clearance. After two weeks of recovery, I can breathe. I had no idea how life-changing breathing properly could be. Not to mention that Dr Dhepnorrarat and every single member of his team that I can across were all so lovely and helpful - the experience from start to aftercare has been exceptional.

I have had 2 surgeries here and I am still not any better communication and empathy are what’s needed I just don’t think they care. I need to go back but then I have to start the whole process again and more $$$$ I am thinking I must go elsewhere.

Brought son to see Tim C and within 2 min was told this is not his area with no further advice nor recommendations. We were sent out of the door and were charged full consultation fees, with long line of patients waiting at clinic.

No empathy was shown for the years of stress we went through for my son’s condition. Neither were there any considerations of the weeks we waited for this appointment, and the effort required to attend this appointments.

We understand the need to bill us since we took up his appointment time. This clinic might be fully booked but the ethics and arrogance totally lost our respect.

Left the clinic feeling totally devastated as we had to go through another round of gp and specialist booking.

Appointments are never on time, waited 1 hour past my appointment on the first appointment, and on the second appointment was 45min after my time. Parking also costs a fortune.

Would highly recommend Dr Bilish! He has taken such amazing care of our son during his recent surgery to have his adenoids and tonsils removed and grommets put in. Really lovely clinic and helpful support staff!

We have been under the care of Dr David Hall for adenoid surgery on my son and have just had a consultation and booked in tonsillectomy. Appointments are available quickly and surgery too at Subiaco Private. He is a great specialist, wonderful with out little one and very easy to communicate with. I have absolute faith in him.
This clinic has a good reputation for a reason.

Dr CD was fantastic. Polite, gentle, very considered of the situation. Very carefully assessed me, gave significant consideration to my history and discussed this all with me before we made a joint decision about the course to be taken. Thank you.

We visited Dr. Shyan a week ago, and were not impressed by the way he commented about our 5 year old son, who will need to get an adenoids removal surgery. I asked him to refer us to the public health system, and also asked how severe is my son's condition in his expert opinion. To this the doctor replied "it is not like he will die because of this. ". Straight forward or not, we definitely DO NOT want to hear such things about our son and were deeply disappointed as we had come to Dr. Shyan with high expectations

Dr Cooney and the team are fantastic! The Audiologist is also very friendly and was great with my daughter. Surgery completed promptly.
Fantastic care provided for both of my children.

Dr Chris Dhepnorrarat is a fantastic ENT - very thorough and easy to talk to. Takes the time to talk things through in detail to ensure you understand everything. My breathing has never been better and I owe that to Dr Chris. Thanks so much!

All of our family has been to this practice over the years and always a good experience.

The doctor was in a hurry and didn't help me at all.
I explained both over the phone when booking the appointment and to the doctor when I arrived that I was a singer and I needed to get my vocal folds checked.they did it through the nose which isn't the best way of checking them - it's best through the mouth and recording them to then zoom them in to see if there's any damage.
No recording happened and I was prescribed with three different medications, to target everything. I was charged $300 for 15min of nothing, when they could have referred me to another specialist in the first place.

My Darling Son had surgery two weeks ago grommets, adnoids and tonsils removed. His surgery has been life changing. He talks clearly, can breathe through his nose, no longer snores and has learnt to sing in tune. His personality has changed from an angry frustrated little boy to a confident happy child. A big thank you to Subiaco Private Hospital, Dr Anna Negus and Dr Darin Bilish. We are delighted with the outcome.

My 2 year old son had a tonsil and adenoid removal surgery by Dr Tim cooney and Anastasist dr soo im Lim about a month ago due to his sleep apnea.
My son recovered very well, fast without hardly any pain. He seemed only a little uncomfortable close to his panadol dosage time. His sleep has been totally changed even since the day his surgery. He sleeps quietly absolutely normally now.:) no more loud snoring or stop breathing.:) it was the best decision to give him the surgery for us.
I couldn't believe it how well he recovered. He had been overworried so much as he is only 2 years and 4 months old. The only hard times were when we had to feed him the panadol and antibiotic as he really hated any panadols including the alternative one too. However even feeding drug times went okay later as we switched to suppositories on day 3.:)
I highly recommend dr Tim cooney if you need tosillotomy. He is kind and explains in detail although he speaks pretty fast. ;)

Dr VJ was fantastic - He ended getting to the bottom of why our 2yo was so sick all the time, genetic disorder. We would have never of known if it wasn’t for his intuition and professionalism.

Feared by colleagues. Please document all encounters when dealing with them to legally protect yourself.
