Tony Caccetta saved my life. When 3 other medical people told me that a lump in my neck was nothing to worry about, Dr Caccetta knew immediately that it was something very much to worry about. Within a few days, he had booked me into RPH for surgery and SCGH for oncology. Three weeks ago I underwent a left side neck dissection for cancer in my lymph node. Tony Caccetta is a absolute hero. I can't speak about him highly enough!

Administration staff are very rude. I was denied entry due to my vaccination status which is pure discrimination considering Western Australia does not require proof of vaccination.

I had an appointment with Dr Tony Caccetta from Perth Dermatology Centre on the 2nd March 2022. When I arrived, I explained to the receptionist that I was exempt from wearing a mask because of a medical condition.
In fact, I have TWO mask exemptions. One, from Dr Mandy Croft, Sonic Health Plus, and the other from Dr Craig Turner, Churchill Health Centre. I asked the receptionist if she would like to view them and she said yes.

When I finally got to see Tony Caccetta he asked me to put on my mask. I explained that I had a ‘mask exemption’ and would he like to see it? He said no. He then asked if I had shown it to reception and I advised that I had.

On the 4th March I received an email from Leah asking me “Would you also kindly sent through a copy of your mask exemption for our records”?

On the 9th March I received another email from Leah saying “We will need a copy of your mask exemption forwarded through to our rooms prior to your upcoming procedure”.

I replied and said that I had shown the girl at reception my exemption and that should be sufficient and asked why they can’t write mask exemptions sighted on my record?

She replied “We do require copies for our records, and should have scanned this in for you on the day. Please ensure this is emailed through prior to your procedure”.

Two days later, I get a phone call from a woman from Perth Dermatology Centre regarding my mask exemption. I explained that I have no problem showing my exemptions again, but they were not going to scan them and file them against my records. They could make a note against my record to say ‘sighted’. The conversation did not end well and I cancelled my appointment to have a suspicious skin lesion removed.

Tony Caccetta then had the audacity to write to Dr Mandy Croft advising her that I had cancelled my upcoming appointment because I didn’t want to wear a mask.

I have two valid exemptions. This is
inappropriate behaviour and overreach by Tony Caccetta and the Perth Dermatology Centre.

There is no current legislation or law that a person must provide a medical certificate for their mask exemption. In fact, pursuant to the Australian Privacy Principles, it is unlawful for businesses to require the provision of more information than is reasonably necessary for them to perform their operations. The statement that a person is unable to wear a mask is sufficient information.

Also, many Australians are unaware that the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) has/is engaged in an aggressive witch hunt against any Australian Health professional who deviates even slightly from the State-imposed Covid narrative. God forbid should any medical professional write a mask or vaccine exemption.

“It is deeply concerning that AHPRA and the National Boards are seemingly forcing doctors, nurses, and other health professionals to breach the principle of ‘informed consent’”.

I recommend anyone reading this review, read - The AHPRA Inquisition Against Australian Health Professionals – Caldron Pool. Also read the letter from Senator Gerard Rennick to Martin Fletcher, CEO, AHPRA. Then you will understand what's happening in Australia at the moment, and why many in the medical profession in Australia has chosen self- preservation over their Hippocratic Oath.

“Without question, health care in Australia is now under the dark cloud of totalitarianism”.

Dr Page was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Everyone at this clinic was lovely.

It's always funny how the 1 star reviews are left by people who exclusively leave poor reviews:)

My doctor wrote a referral letter for me to see Dr Tony Caccetta on the 10th October 2020. I rang the practice, made an appointment for November; however the appointment was not registered- So I made another appointment for December. Dr Caccetta was not available and the secretary was extremely abusive towards me and said that I would have to wait another month because I did not respond to her voice mail and there were more important people than me. I made another appointment for January 27. But as I did not receive a text message I thought the secretary had cancelled it out of spite. I rang and was informed that she had made a voicemail message. As I am hard of hearing I do not use the voicemail. Anyhow I would advise the staff at Dr Caccetta's to be considerate and not abuse potential patients, after all we pay your wages. Also to send reminder text messages, like every other medical practice does. I do not know whether I should see Dr Caccetta or not.the referral is addressed to him and it is now 4 months later. He might be good.but why am I being treated this way?

The level of care and professionalism at Perth Dermatology Clinic goes above and beyond for their patients in my view. Having to go to the clinic 3 times a week for treatment is a chore but the staff, both in admin and medical are fantastic with such personalised care. I always feel well cared for and the administrative element is very efficient. The doctors + nurses on staff are empathetic and aligned with an outcome that is safe and practical for me long term. It feels like we are a team working through my treatment rather than a doctor only viewpoint. I can’t rate this clinic highly enough. Thanks PDC!

Dr Caccetta was amazing. We had seen four other doctors previously who had not successfully treated our daughter’s condition. Within 24 hours of visiting Dr Caccetta the condition had improved significantly. I highly recommend a visit!

I highly recommend Perth Dermatology Clinic. All staff at the clinic are exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Caccetta - his manner and surgical expertise are of the highest quality. Special mention also goes to the superstar receptionist Leah, who should win a customer service award. I interacted with numerous staff across the clinic and all were fantastic. They all went above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful to each of them. Thank you!

I had a reaction to the medication. I rang 3 times in April for Dr Tony Caccetta to ring me back, left messages with reception staff but he never got back to me.

I’ve seen Dr Tony Cacetta for two issues over a period of three years and his service has always been exceptional. The team on reception are wonderful and remembered everything about me even though I hadn’t seen them in 2 years. I highly recommend this clinic.

The nurse I spoke with today was extremely rude and non helpful when trying to gather some insight on how much dosage the light treatment machine emits. I’ll discontinue coming here and return to Burswood where everyone is much more friendly

I found Dr Tony extremely professional and very good at making you feel comfortable, particularly when you are feeling somewhat vulnerable.
I would highly recommend Perth Dermatology!

I had two skin cancers cut out about 2 weeks ago. They are healing very nicely. Right from the first phone call I felt confident I had the right people to take care of me. They kept me well informed with everything that was going to happen & the costings. Dr Cacetta & his team are awesome. They took very good care of me. I recommend this team of lovely caring professional people.
