The level of incompetence is beyond believe. Not only the dentists are in dire need to further educate themselves to modern dentistry but also the reception is at a preschool educational level.
Dentist did not fill tooth to correct level after root canal treatment causing the walls to fail and required the tooth to be removed.
Each dentist in this clinic quotes a different price for same work with up to 20% price difference. One dentist quoted me 5000$ for a crown while another in same clinic quoted me 4000$.
Reception is emailing me after a month a treatment plan and wanted to book me an appointment to “stabilise” my dental health while the tooth they wanted to treat has already been removed by their own dentist.
After I spoke to them on the phone to ask why they want to treat a removed tooth and even more important how would they want to treat a removed tooth the receptionist got very short and hung up.
When I emailed them, the response of central dental took only 26 days, they tried to book me again to treat a removed tooth, leaving me no option but to reply with an encouraging email to please get some more training and education before trying to work in a public health sector.

Dr Richard is amazing, I hadn’t seen a dentist in over 10 years. He met with me for a consultation to give me a treatment plan and said all I needed was a clean up!

No anaesthetic needed for a full 1 hour session, absolutely professional and felt comfortable the whole time. After the clean, the job was that well done that I only need one annual return for maintenance that will be a quick 10-15 minute cleaning session. A genuine feeling of care for my well-being in his work done. Outstanding.

I recommend him if you manage to stop by. Dr Richard is an amazing achiever with a decorated background in awards and qualifications, in addition he is an awesome man aside from his dental occupation.

Never thought going to the dentist would be an enjoyable experience ever but here we are, the whole place from front to back, reception to the diagnostic techs, this mob is the real deal and it’s a place I’ll be loyal to.

I attended Dr Willis Cheng in an emergency situation and he immediately put me at ease, going above and beyond, staying late into the evening with his team, to ensure i received the best treatment available. He is now my dentist for life. His warm and caring manner, skill, sense of humour, and absolute passion for his craft is beyond measure. I have attended countless dentists in my life and feel so fortunate that I have finally my "forever" dentist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Dr Lei did a great job on my teeth! I was so nervous beforehand but he made sure to go through all the steps with me and made the whole process entirely painless.

When my regular dentist referred me to Dr Perth Central Dental Centre for the extraction of my Molar, I was a little apprehensive to say the least.

However, I need not have worried as Dr Wesley Huupponen gave an excellent explanation ahead of the action, kept explaining what he was doing during the procedure, and provided excellent Post Operative Instructions.

These were followed to the letter and the recovery was with minimum discomfort and no bleeding overnight.

Combined with the courteous & friendly reception staff, the entire outcome was much better than envisaged at the outset.

Based on this experience, I can recommend to others in need of Dental attention.

Probably the worst (and most expensive). We paid 1000+ for quite a disappointing check up and cleaning experience. The floor was peeled off and dirty, I killed a mosquito while my son got bitten 4x and my daughter 3x. The machine stopped working halfway spraying water everywhere and we had to switch room. They returned my son to me with a cut under his tongue and the bleeding was stopped with a cotton ball, telling me "that was very common". If that is so normal why I and my wife have not experienced a similar incident in the last 40 years in all countries we've been to.

To be fair, good receiptionist, central location and flexible hours, though.

Highly not recommended!
1st visit: the receptionist didn't book in my appointment, even though it was on my diary and on the appointment card the wrote for me. When in the clinic, all receptions was chitchatting about celebrity gossips, so I wonder they would that happen.
2 nd visit: I was a closed contact with someone got tested +ve with covid and was symptomatic that morning, -ve RAT but pending PCR result. I called to ask if they still want me to go in for my scheduled appointment. They adviced me not to, but blaming me for late cancellation of less than 48 hours and might incurr a late cancellation fee of $50. My PCR later confirmed me +ve with covid. Am I supposed to predict me of having covidby reading Tarocards? Plus I would happily go in if they asked me to, even though I don't think it's for their staff's favour of I spread covid knowingly.
3rd visit: told my dentist that my gum bleed after the treatment, she asked me to have a blood test if I have bleeding issues. I said no, I had my full blood test checked a few months ago before coming to Australia, the tests include coagulation factos, I also don't have any other body areas that has bleeding issues. She said go to check with the GP again.come on, you are the teeth specialist, and the bleeding only returned after the treatment last week - own it, and check my teeth.don't just handball me to a GP before even have a look at it.

Well what can i say, havent been to a dentist since like grade 4, i now 28, had to get 2 broken wisdom teeth, i said take the lot.

Explained every step i detail in the consult. And i arrived about 10mins early and the doc was like come on in, again explained every step, gave painkillers ect before starting.

Next thing i know im in the chair and bam. 45min later i was out of it. He was quick and fluent,
made sure i had no pain. And he was just bloody good at his job. Highly highly reccomend this dentist i will be returning thats for sure.

Amazing. The dentists there always help me so much, from understanding past trauma to a jaw massage when I had too much pain. Always very affordable and give information about every step.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough! All the dentists there are lovely and very gentle, I have seen so much improvement in my teeth since coming to this clinic. The receptionists are beyond lovely as well. Always such a great experience!

From the initial 15 minute consult to the pre-surgery run down on what you need to do after your extractions was great. I had 4 wisdom and an additional tooth removed in one sitting. It’s been 2 days and no pain what so ever. I would highly recommend getting put to sleep tho as I have no recollection of any extractions. Great work Dr. Huupponen. I will make sure to recommend and I’ll be back for regular dental work.

Sorry got disconnected in between due to limited credits for international call process. But I appreciate the assistance been provided by one of the therapist regarding oral sore. I would definitely test the way prescribed to get rid of infection and see if it works. Thanks to Perth Central Dental Centre.

Perth Central was open when I needed them over Easter (the absolutely worst time to have a raging toothache). Their service was impeccably professional and friendly. Anna

Unfortunately not the best experience. Had issues with replacing some orthodontic appliances and it has taken over 2 months to do so, only to my disappointment, it is not the right items. $300 out of pocket for the replacements only to find out, they are not the right ones.
It has been a strenuous journey to get any information or traction from the clinic. I have never seen a place with so many reception staff and yet when you call, no one seems to know what is going on, they don't have your information on file and they have to rely on the orthodontists for it, but the orthos are not there everyday. I've had to call on a weekly basis just to chase them up and as mentioned, it was all for nothing. I am extremely disappointed
