Perth CPAP

My husband went to this store today to get a new water container for his Air Sense 10 and the man who served him was AMAZING. He gave him heaps of advice and information. We will never go anywhere else now.

The gentleman who I have always dealt with here is always extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm grateful for the great service and will always return here for my CPAP needs.

Alan who works at the Joondalup shop on Reid Promenade is very helpful. However there is only so much 1 man can do. I bought my second machine which was auto as I was looking to see some improvement from my fixed preasure machine also purchased from Alan. I have been back with it multiple times over the past year as I think it may be faulty. Since Covid Alan is not able to alter this machine and I feel that I am being badly let down by the company as there doesnt seem to be any returns or repair policy in place.

Why you have to give your name and have the product you buy entered into the computer and you HAVE to wait for the invoice even though you don't want it drives me mad. I just want to run in buy a product and leave. Not stuff around waiting for it to be entered (and its always a stuff around). Why you cant just scan or stocktake like everyone else in 2020 I don't know!

I was having difficulties with my cpap & needed to use trial machine. I found Alan extremely helpful, patient & knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. He was able to sort out the problems with my machine so that it is now doing what it is supposed to do

The Joondalup store has always provided an excellent service. The ONLY person working there is Alan who always given full attention to each customer in turn. Alan should be given another member of staff to ease the wait time for customers.

My wife attended Friday and was happy as per normal with the friendly attitude and service from Alan.

Wonderful customer service at the Joondalup branch. I came to purchase a mask. A chap called Alan help me find the right one. I'm a 70 year old lady and Alan was so kind and patient with me. These days that kind of service is quite rare. The product isn't the factor, the service is. Thank you Alan.

I wasn't gaining the same benefit from my CPAP as I'd had in the past. Looked online for new CPAP mask, headstrap and found Perth CPAP.
At the shop Alan was really helpful, he had all the parts on stock and told me which part was wearing where my mask and tube kept coming apart, the tube! He explained some of the settings on the Airsense 10 which I use and I have been able to set it up for better performance.
Will be back there when I need more parts.

Alan was very helpful with helping me to select which CPAP machine might best meet my needs. He helped with setting up the machine to meet my needs and the recommendations of my sleep specialist. He showed me how to alter the settings in case the current options were uncomfortable or unmanageable. He encouraged me to feel free to return to the store at any time for help with my CPAP machine and management of my sleep apnea problem.

Alan at Joondalup has been nothing short of exemplary. From seeing to my issue when I turned up at 2 minutes to closing, to explaining every step of the process and coming back to me with a solution way ahead of when I envisaged, it has been an absolute pleasure front to back.
