Perth College of Beauty Therapy

I’ve studied at PCBT for 2 years and I highly recommend studying here. The college has been incredibly supportive in my studies and have been so understanding with payment options when I’ve faced financial difficulties.
My teacher for cert 3 in make up and diploma in screen make up has helped me grow so much as a person and as artist. She has pushed me to achieve my goals and further my own limitations. She is also very profession but approachable, which I appreciate deeply - especially when I needed help. I felt very welcome and valued as student, which is going to be difficult for me when I finish my studies.

I just finished the course for Eyelash Extention! Amber was my instructor she is such a nice person and inspiration. I highly recommend Amber

Love the experience there, enrolment manager is really helpful and really care about all the students. Good place to study with, especially they treat you as a family.

My top quality training at perth college has enabled me to exceed my expectations within the beauty industry. I had the most amazing and knowledgeable lecturers Charmaine and Leonie who were so supportive and still are to this day. My training allowed me many opportunities and lead me to working within in a reputable Medi Spa in perth and eventually owning my own business. I would highly recommend the college to anyone who wants a career in beauty or makeup.

Just graduated certificate III in makeup at Perth College of Beauty Therapy, loved it so much I am going back this year to do Diploma of Screen and Media.
Thanks to our wonderful lecturer Amber Hutt for her fabulous teaching, I am looking forward to learning so much more this year!

The trainer Charmaine Van den Heever was amazing, very helpful, friendly, always attentive and informative. Even after i finished my training Charmaine was there to help answer any questions I have. The staff are very friendly, training rooms are neat and tidy and up to standard. After my training I felt like o was ready to take on my new skills and opened up my home salon business straight after and it’s now going really well. Not only doing what I love doing but also making income at the same time. Thank you Charmaine and Perth College of Beauty.

Having just completed a Certificate 3 in Makeup and Hairstyling I have left with neutral feelings towards the college. Our lecturer was fabulous however there were multiple issues with the college changing what was expected from us in our final assessment (just weeks before it was due) and multiple mistakes and double ups in our workbooks- showing lack of organisation and professionalism. If it wasn't for our extremely talented and amazing teacher, I would have definitely left the college with a negative view.

Very poor for a number of reasons that would take too much time and space to write here. I wish I spent my $3500 somewhere else!

I loved studying at the college. The teachers were fantastic especially Leonie and Paula who really supported me and helped me get through the course. Coming from a hospitality background working as a chef and being a mature aged student it was daunting at first but everyone was so friendly and helpful. Now I love working as a beauty therapist.

Professional, passionate and experienced staff makes training a lot more enjoying at Perth College of Beauty Therapy.

Very very disappointed. I did a spray tanning course at this school probably 6 months ago. Very old information and in my opinion not enough health regulations were preformed or taught such as extraction fans, nose protection etc. No proper information on how to work a compressor or gun very well and very very little terminology used which is critical information in the art of spray tanning. I was shown the absolute worst spray tanning technique. When I tried to do it my way, the lady informed me this was not correct, but when I did it her way, all my clients had massive steaks all over there body and overdevelopment on their body after being told to do 4 coats on one model. At the end of the day I felt very unaccomplished and ripped off. It almost scared me how easy it is to be a "qualified spray tan technician" and from my reading they don't have a huger course. I cannot say anything for the other courses but I was steer clear of this one and spend your $400 elsewhere.
