Perth Central Caravan Park

We booked for 4 nights and stayed 5 months. On the surface it is a straight foward older park but the staff, all of them, are a delight. Always helpful, always cheerful and turn the park into 5 stars easily.

It is said there is no permanent tents but there is different standards for different people and the people form groups and action mob mantality.
Lisa is disgusting and plays with people's lives as she is a worker and also a permanent. In response to the management, Lisa is a pathetic low life who was rejected in her attempt to sleep with a tenant and then proceeded to have their shelter compromised. And give her I'll under age son alcohol. Not to mention the domestic violence that occurs and is covered up.

The manager Nick is a top bloke and Winnie is a lovely lady but Lisa who lives and works there and Jim are the most judgemental people I have ever met. Lisa sits there and judges everyone who stays there not knowing there past history and because I wouldn't sleep with her turned into a horrible person who feeds her sick son who has CF and only 16years old alcohol she also told us all about how the government paid the caravan park $55000 to hold people with carona in the park secretly and was made to sign a disclosure but she still opened her mouth. She also owes 7 weeks in rent but can still live there, she got me sacked from my job and kicked out of the place cause I rejected her and all because i was hanging out with a beautiful young lady who needed guidance and support through her own personal issues. Lisa bags out Carrol who works there full time. If there were new staff there maybe reconsider staying there again but not till than. Nick helped me out through my struggles and I appreciate it but it's time I say my honest thoughts.

Dirty, rude staff made several unauthorised transactions of my credit card, avoid at all costs.

Honestly had such a great time here! My friend and I stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas and the staff did everything they could to make our stay special! Nick the Manager is an absolute legend and was so welcoming and kind he even brought us some Christmas lights and decorations to decorate our cabin and balcony with to make it more like Christmas for us. All the staff went above and beyond and were so kind. They even gave us extra cooking pans so we could cook our Christmas Roast dinner! Such a great community feel here and great facilities such as the swimming pool and the outside area. The 2 bedroom cabin had everything we needed, was spacious, clean and comfy and the balcony was great for watching the sunsets, it was so peaceful. We were really sad to leave and we loved our time here! Thanks so much to everyone there! Would 100% recommend staying here.

Fantastic place to stay in Perth. Best caravan park if your looking for somewhere quiet and centrally located.
Close to everything you need with public transport a short walk away taking you into the city and surrounds.

Staff are amazing and cater for all your needs.

Grounds are well kept with plenty of shade and grass.
Amenities are aging, however always clean with great shower pressure.
Pool is great with the camp kitchen right next door.

Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Perth.

A very popular park with tourists and long termers. Our site was shady and spacious and the facilities kept clean. Manager Nick is a fabulous bloke along with the other workers. They are generous and friendly. Nothing is too hard for them.

The Lady behind the counter was nice, she gave us a refund, but we booked a space for a Motor home 6 months prior to our arrival, the space they gave us would have been a struggle for anything to get level on even if we had high lift jacks, it was really a joke, they had no other spaces available so we had no choice but to go find another caravan park, not ideal after a long day driving, we will never book here again and we left feeling extremely disappointed that they would expect anyone to use a site like that.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and tidy toilet blocks. Conveniently situated near the Perth airport. Britz camper van hire closeby too.

I am currently staying here for my 2 weeks quarantine, they are very hospitable and cater for all my needs, I haven't had a chance to use the outdoor facilities yet, you know, quarantine and all haha, but from what I can see from my window they are quite adequate and well maintained, the cabin is well kept and very suitable for 1 or 2 adults to comfortably stay in (I am staying in a 1 bedroom cabin), gas cook top, good sized fridge, and the aircon works wonderfully if you need it. Definitely recommend staying here for either quarantine purposes or even as a holidaying base. It is peaceful and I have enjoyed my stay here so far, would definitely come back next time I stay in Perth for longer than a week

Lovely park with very helpful staff, we enjoyed our 2 weeks there in our caravan. Clean amenities, just wish that the showers were more roomy. Would recommend.

Booked atleast a month in advance for 1 night with our camper van (hired). Arrived and checked in fine, freindly lady in office. Drive around to our site and it was basically on a hill. The van never cam with leveling blocks and there was no way we could park in the bay. It was the worse site (36) in the entire caravan park also next to a busy road. Fence was super low and didn't block out any noise. The bay was run down. There was no other bays available and she was understanding and gave us a refund and found another caravan park.

Close to Perth airport.
Well set up small park good management. Friendly and helpful.
Cabins are overdue for refurbishment. Couch very comfortable but very stained.
Tea towel needed to be thrown out. Cover in microwave still had food on it. Split system still worked but fan only worked on high.
Bed was comfortable but no doona provided?

Perth Central say's it all. Great caravan Park. Bit tight getting into some of the bays but well set up. Good kitchen swimming pool and good amenities.

Staff fantastic they couldn't do enough for you and Nick the manager was absolutely sensational. Also Nick makes the best chilli sauce you can possibly taste

This will be our third week at this caravan park. Amenities and ablution block are good. Showers are something we enjoy with good heat. The team are comfortable discussing suitable options for long term stay as per our needs and we have been able to store our bicycles to prevent them being stolen. Other stayers are nice, we have had no issues. Noise at night is to a minimal and we would highly recommend staying if you have both car and caravan or similar set up. Blocks are large and we have been able to place a bus, small vehicle and extra room annex on one spot.

Perth Central Caravan Park is located close to CBD, quick access to shops, petrol and the bottleo is just around the corner.

The Caravan Park itself is a beautiful stay and kept well maintained. The sites here are fairly priced and competitive, the showers and bathroom facilities clean and tidy.

The sites themselves are reasonably sized and accustom to your vehicle and towing length. Staff here is friendly, approachable and fair.

Rules and regulations are clearly labelled here and fair in turn. Pool is kept at a cool 25°, open most of the day every day, no lifeguard so parents are required to watch their children

The only thing to watch out for here is the red backs around most corners. Keep an eye out and watch where you step, 4/5 Stars - highly recommended.

Park is clean, a bit tight for large caravans. Pet friendly. Owners very friendly. The cabins in bad need of updating although they were very clean. Ripped screenwire, door locks need to be serviced.

Beautiful place, if you want a quiet place but feel like you are camping thus is the best. People here are always nice and helpful. Amazing place to live.

QUARANTINE. We will have completed 2 weeks quarantine in Cabin 7 this evening and have to say it has been uneventful, efficient, friendly and relaxing. We have relocated to Perth from Tasmania and came in via Brisbane late at night and everything was ready for us without any dramas. Key left in box etc. The cabin has been very pleasant, we are able to sit outside on our balcony (ground level). Great air conditioning.a well fitted kitchen with all requirements.great sized fridge/freezer. TV.dining room table and chairs. 1 double bed and another room with bunk beds.lounge area.good shower, toilet and vanity unit. We managed to cook up some great meals without any problems on a great gas cooker.
All the staff have been so friendly and only too pleased to help. Unfortunately Woolworths failed to deliver our order of necessities for 26 hrs so Jim was super friendly and helpful and even did our grocery shopping for us. A huge thank you Jim, you are a star!
The cabin is spotless. My husband has completed in total 8 weeks combined quarantine now in various parts of Australia and this beats the 5***** hotels around the country which are airless boxes!
The only small negative for myself was lack of internet coverage for Netflix but thats a minor blip!
A few of the long term residents have been wonderful and always offering us snacks/shopping/medications as and when required.
We both highly recommend this Caravan Park.
