I've been going here since I got my first cat and I'm dedicated to making sure my second cat goes here for everything he needs.

The vets and nurses are skilled. Even though you might only come once or twice a year, they remember you and build relationships with you and your cat.

A very well-managed vet clinic.

We finally found the place for our 2 babies. This place managed to make our extremly sassy, 10 year old boy, to be ok with going to the vet. He’s been seen by Dr Kim and Dr Ebony and both did an amazing job.

Not only he didn’t hiss at them (which he used to with all his previous vets!) but he almost started purring for Dr. Ebony.
Dr Kim managed to take his blood test without sedation! These doctors are cat whisperer!

It’s a calming feeling seeing my cat finally ok with going to the vet.

The receptionist is very kind, patient & supportive. Overall a great place. There are no dogs allowed on the premises, which helps keep the cats calmer.

Thanks to Perth Cat hospital.

The receptionist is friendly and happy to answer questions to the best of her ability, she has a very welcoming approach over the phone. I'm yet to attend an appointment made for next week, hopefully we get some good management for my old girls diabetes

Update: Staff are amazing and truly have a love for what they do and all things cat. I loved the waiting room which was cat themed even down to what is featured on the tv for people to watch while they wait. Dr Leah is so lovely and Chloe (cat) was so at ease with the whole experience it didn't take her long to show her sassy side while exploring the consult room and started meowing to be picked up while we chatted.

Such a great experience. The Cat Hospital was a calm and caring environment for my feline buddy. The staff are all friendly, and the Doctor took the time to answer all the questions I (nervous first time cat owner) had for them, and examine my boy thoroughly (and patiently clipped his nails for me!). Definitely recommend!

Perth Cat Hospital have been treating my boy who was diagnosed with FIP some months ago. After nearly three months, we are finished with treatment and he is better than ever! All the staff are lovely but I wanted to give a special mention to Dr. Ebony who has been beyond kind, empathetic and patient. She goes above and beyond in the care of her patients! So thorough and explains everything in great detail - you can tell she genuinely cares and loves her job. Even though PCH is a 30 minute drive from my house and I pass multiple other vets along the way, I will continue to use them for all kitty needs in the future:) Sailor says thank you

Fantastic experience with a checkup and resolving some queries I had. The Dr really took her time to explain and thoroughly examine my cat. Best experience I’ve had at a vet and worth the more expensive fee as it was very comprehensive and not rushed.

Beware of the pre-boarding costs! We booked one of our cats in for two nights boarding. But Perth Cat Hospital now insist on a vet consult prior to admission. The cat had been to our regular vet only a month previously, received F5 vaccination, had a wellness check including blood tests, yet that made no difference. Even though we encouraged the admitting staff to contact our vet for clinical notes. In a nutshell, Perth Cat Hospital are happy to ignore the professional opinion of another vet, and charge more for the pre-boarding consult than the boarding itself. This does not make us keen to return when alternatives such as Sage Vet cat hotel offer the same boarding facilities and staffing levels at a lower price without compromising on quality of care.

Vets are patient and professional, no complaints there. However, the clinic policy refuses to provide vet's notes for me to claim for pet insurance. Instead of claiming online and attaching invoice and vet's note (I can't submit the claim without attaching a note), they insisted that I download a PDF claim form, fill out the form, send to them via email, so they can fill out the vet's notes and post it to the insurance company. I did provide my insurance company and policy number after the visits but the lady at front desk wouldn’t process it for me and insisted me to download the paper based form and email to them.

Update after 4 months:
After the receptionist confirmed that she has posted the claim - it never appears on my claim history nor have I received any rebate from my insurance.

The team at PCH are brilliant - they take the time to listen, have an incredible range and depth of knowledge and deal with my anxious and aggressive cat like absolute stars (now that she's calmed down a bit, Kesha says sorry for being mean to you). I have complete confidence that she gets the best possible care and wouldn't take her anywhere else.

The vets here will always look after you kitty! We've always had amazing experiences with them. After only having our cat for a week, we had to take him in cos he ate something. He had to stay over night on a drip, we were so worried about him, but they were updating us on his progress constantly to lessen our worries. We now have had our cats for over a year and the Perth Cat Hospital is the only place we go:) They're always so kind and they keep the best branded cat formula/treats in Australia ️

If you are like me, you love your pet more than people so you want the best for your pet especially having spent much money for Alfie's procedures. Alfie is a timid retired senior street cat who has extra medical needs. I chose PCH because their patients are just cats to help Alfie stress a little less with his visits. The staff here are nice and friendly and gentle with Alfie, and the clinic has a very calm atmosphere. My experiences have been positive so far. I prefer to see the same Dr for Alfie with every visits to ensure continuity and not have to repeat the same information each time and the team is very helpful with accommodating my requests where possible. Alfie's Dr is very understanding of my concerns and always work with me to provide solutions. The hospital always take care to follow up on Aflie after his procedures.
The reason I have given 4 out 5 stars despite all my positive experiences is because I reserve my Five Star ratings for something that is absolutely 100% perfect, superior and excellent beyond measure and expectations.

Highly recommended for your cat. All staffs and Dr Martine were very helpful and friendly, really amazing!
My cat NOGURI got Spey surgery. Surgical site and stitches are very clean and clear. She was better than i expected even in the first night. She was calm and had sleep well. Then next day of surgery Dr Martine kindly called me and checked how she's going. I 100% satisfied with the way they do.

Highly recommended this vet for your feline children. Our cat Lucifer absolutely hates leaving out apartment and howls the entire time in the car. The second he got inside the cat hospital he calmed down and was chill through the entire visit. Comparing that to other vet visits where he is upset and agitated the entire time, I would definitely never take either of my cats elsewhere ever again. The vet was lovely, very thorough and gave us some helpful advice to make our boy happier and healthier at home.

I'm super shocked that PCH have a high rating. It was bad service at the beginning. I didn't feel they were interested in my cat, i had to keep prompting them to send photos & when they did her cubicle had kitty litter thru it & i had to call to ask to replace her e-collar. I had also left her cushion with her that wasn't in photos, when i asked it miraculously appeared. Beyond disappointed, will not take note of star ratings again.

I will respond to PCH's message to me privately. This is for people reading the review
* vet that recieved us was gorgeous (my wording above made it sound as if she wasn't)
I was trying to keep review brief. By bad service I meant
* we weren't told there would be a wait & i was already a bundle of nerves
*foyer and front desk were dirty, again adding to my anxiousness
*we had to go through the forms again, the ones we filled in on line. This made me feel like they weren't organised.
*her cubicle was dirty.in the photo THEY sent me
* I was never told she was anxious via text. Yes i was told no photos on the first day. Everytime after that when i asked for a photo, i got one so.
* I informed PCH of her e-collar via an e-mail days before she was booked in yet, again, i had to instigate them changing it
* when i came to get her, i wanted to say what i wasn't happy about. Apparently it took two people to come in to talk to me even tho i was calm. It was a barrage of excuses and polly talk from the vet. I barely got a word in and when i did there were excuses and then concern over my on-line review! What the? !
*their response is to write an essay on here, a week later, rather than contacting me privately. Says it all really

I'm so grateful to Dr Martine and the team at Perth Cat Hospital for keeping my Bengal cat going after so many mystery illnesses. Thank you for your tenacity and treating us so well!

My senior cat Harvey recently had dental surgery here. I cannot fault the professionalism and service received from both the nurses (thanks Michelle for the post-op photo!) and the vets Dr Martine and Dr Kayleigh. Great communication, thorough investigations using state-of-the-art technology and importantly, care and kindness for my beloved family member. Thanks PCH!

Having a 20 yo cat with health issues, I needed to find to vet that I could trust to be thorough and caring to help my little girl live her best life. Dr Martine was recommended by a relative and even after her first visit Misty has improved so much. Cannot recommend this practice enough. Staff are super caring and as the vets are specialists in cats they definitely know their stuff. Great work team!

There is no other place I would go for serious matters concerning my elderly cat. I trust Dr Martine implicitly with the decisions and treatment she suggests.
