We LOVE PCCC! Feel like we've won Lotto. Julie (founder, I believe) has her finger on the pulse. Very quick to offer assistance PERSONALLY by coming out to our home and SHOWING us ways to support our loved one and look after ourselves in the process, soooo impressed. I only wish we'd left the big (tv advertising) company we'd been with much sooner.what an expensive nightmare. Such anxiety caused with a mammoth hit to level 4 package.
PCCC are lightnimg fast with response times and the carer they provided is just that.a CAREer. We absolutely LOVE her.

Such an amazing person focused company. They have the mindset of what is good for the client not the bank balance and that is what really made me say yes to them. I absolutely love working for them. The ladies are not only for their clients but they also hold their staff close as well and try to help them when they need it, showing understanding and care to individual situations. They go out of their way to make their clients feel important and not just another number as well as their staff. I would 180% recommend this company to not only work for but also to seek assistance from.

Perth Care + Companion Company is one of the best places I have worked if not "the best" the bosses are awsome and always considerate of their employees needs and of course their clients needs.

I have been caring for my elderly parents and aunt in the one household, one with cancer now palliative and two declining cognitively. It has been intensely stressful caring and negotiating Aged Care Services during the pandemic.
PCCC became a part of their care through an emergency respite package- their care has been outstanding! Although they don't have contracts for CHSP's or HCP they will broker through companies that do. It is well worth the effort to do it this way with them. They have brokered deals that are economical and their hourly rates are excellent - we have ended up with more hours in our HCP than we would have otherwise. They provided me with support and helped me sort out and negotiate the care packages, responded at short notice when circumstances changed rapidly. The carers we have received have been excellent, the Directors themselves have even come and done a care shift at short notice when the circumstances were difficult. I have been really impressed.

If you are looking for A-Class care for a loved one then I can highly recommend Perth Carers + Companions Company. It was serendipity that brought them into our lives and as a primary carer for my Aged and frail mother they have filled a gap in my mother’s care space that has brought much joy into all of our lives. The company values are solid, their field staff are awesome and Carole, Ro and Julie will bend over backwards to meet client needs.
