Dr was late, then would not test my child, charged us $350.00 for not helping.the criticised my parenting. Very very poor in every way.

Dr Nolan is really professional and caring. He took the time to answer all my questions and highlighted different treatment plans for my condition (really bad bay fever). I was really pleased to see a specialist who is not rushing you through the door but instead he is taking the time to make sure you have all information in hands to make informed decisions about your health.

It was well worth the wait to see Dr. Nolan. I’ve seen him sporadically around Perth for over 15 years, and I’ve always found his services to be clear and professional. Not to mention providing proper advice, plans and interpretation of the relevant tests (e.g, RAST tests). Be wary of the other clinic with a similar name. Their staff do not have the appropriate qualifications to treat life-threatening allergies.

I have been indecisive about leaving a review but, disappointingly, feel I need to.
I had an appointment made for the treatment of my son’s eczema. We had waited around 9 months to see Dr. Loh, but were excited to finally see him and get some answers as my son has also developed asthma.
In starting, I will say that Dr Loh was friendly and jovial with my son, but that’s where the positive review ends, im afraid.
Our appointment was at 8: 30am but we were greeted by DrLoh at 9: 15am. Too early in the day to be running that late, in my opinion.
As I took my seat, Dr Loh asked ‘Now, what are we dealing with here? ’ After 9 months and a ring around with trying to get a referral, that is what I was met with. I would have liked him to have at least read the referral.
He then proceeded to give me a ton of information which can easily be accessed by Allergies Australia website. After the wait to get in to this place, parents are not coming here as rookies of allergies. They’ve exhausted every last avenue by researching everything they can, and this place is the next step. Do not give them a bunch of pamphlets and send them on their way.
He then did an allergy spot test which showed up with your classic allergen responses and said ‘Sorry, I can’t help you with the eczema. Just keep the steroid cream going and lots of moisturizer’
And to wrap up, he commented that he had to get going as he was running so late for his next patient, as if I was the one keeping him.
Walking out in disbelief, I then went to pay: $580. Read that again: $580! It does say it will be $550 on their website, but for that much money, I want more answers than a website and pamphlets. It was a significant amount of money we invested to get into this appointment and it just was not worth it.
I was then booked in for a phonecall appointment later in the year but will be canceling.

I've been suffering from Hayfever for as long as I can remember, the last few years have been getting worse, antihistamines were almost ineffective and I would occasionally require time off work on particularly bad days.
Thanks to the desensitisation treatment from Dr. Bandouvakis I've had almost a year of little to no symptoms. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Found Dr Loh to be most unhelpful. His communication skills with an adolescent girl were somewhat terrible she left the appt saying he nearly made her cry.
After being 40minutes late for a 10am appt it seemed it was almost too much trouble for him to do do the skin allergy testing.
Total waste of time and money.

My son is a patient of Dr. Nolan, he's kinda one in a million, Dr. Nolan is very devoted asthma specialist, he's so kind, supportive, comprehensive and will do everything for the benefits of his patients, thank you Richard for the great work and results you did for my son, because of you he started to live normally with his asthma after years of suffering, our family is so thankful to your continuous effort to improve Sam-José's health. We appreciate

My son has been receiving care for persistent allergic rhinitis for last three years (including desensitisation). It is a long term commitment to stick to the program of monthly injections and follow ups but it has been well worth it. There has been a significant reduction in his symptoms, he can breathe much better and is much less bothered by itchy red eyes, blocked sinuses and running nose and he hardly gets asthma any more. I recommend Dr Nolan and his team.

Dr Nolan seems a knowledgeable type and comes well recommended, but the business lacks forward planning / scheduling and are inflexible in treatment options. Maybe they have enough new customers coming in, but not looking after existing ones and taking orders for long lead time treatments is a fail.

Terribly unhelpful receptionist when I called. Saying the information is on our website is like saying the knowledge is in a book. Too vague.and the information wasn't on the website.
