I would not recommend this butcher at any time.
I use to travel far and wide to obtain the very best ingredients, not considering my local area, Well I found a "real butcher" old school butchering skill with a modern look. I had the pleasure in featuring Perry's Quality Meats Pork Cumberland Sausages for a very fussy client' "OMG" chef where did you get these sausages" at my local butcher shop. I can highly recommend Perry's Quality Meat for all your fresh meat products. No more traveling, look local shop local. Manning and Salter Point resident has a real gem right at they're door step.
