Perry Lakes Reserve reviews
19Magic Country and when there is water in the lake it is truely incredible. Wild life sanctuary in the heart of the city. Let's hope it stays that way.
Such a beautiful spot for a walk, especially with your dog. Great views of the ocean and Perth City.
Plenty of parking, lots of tree cover for shade while you enjoy BBQs or picnics, also toilet facilities close by which believe it or not are clean and well maintained
Beautiful location
Do you really need to travel 2 hours to experience the wonders of nature. In short no. The best time to visit is early morning to avoid the heat & people, although there aren't too many people visiting the Reserve. The trees are incredibly awe inspiring & in the right light it will leave you breathless. It feels like you are walking in the timeless landscape that Australia truly is.before settlement began to dominate our wonderful place. Yes please visit & experience this mini urban forest. I won't tell you too much more as the experience will truly be your own.
Clean facilities, spacious, large shady trees and quality open lawns. Defibrillator noted at the toilet block near the playground. I couldn't spot a drinking fountain but likely there is one around.
Trees, green grass, paths, playgrounds, skate park, parking and lots of space. Great for a picnic and bike ride with the kids
Amazing area to live and a very safe park. Beautiful scenery with many native birds to look at. A very good place to walk dogs and take kids to also.
Natural area with a lake, high grounds different natural flora and too much space to no what to do with. Also the public toilets are pretty good for a popular park dunny.
A peaceful place escape to.
Meet up with friends walk, jog or run, sit and relax. Pet friendly.
We take our son there for a running group he is part of. The people we see at this reserve all seem to be enjoying themselves and dogs and their owners all appear to do the right thing. A good, happy park to go to and relax, walk, run and play.
A nice reserve location used on Saturdays during winter for hockey. Facilities are very goof in general with clean (ish) toilets as a plus. There is skate park area that is very well developed and popular.
Fantastic place for a BBQ. Great facilities (although toilets are sparse within the reserve), but the BBQs are clean and the tables are nice. A great place to go if you want to enjoy being around nature rather than generic lawn parks.
Here you have plush lawn under nice shade with huge trees everywhere.
Also a high ropes course for bigger kids!
Very calm walking area during the right hours. More plantations and maintenance would make it a 5 star.
All good. Hosts offer food and refreshments for purchasing. Need to get here early on game days to get a parking spot.
Absolutely stunning. Nice grass area. Beautiful ponds, great magnificent trees. Plenty of parking. Relaxing area.
A great as beautiful grassed areas good running tracks ideal for beginners intermediate advanced or just take a family and relax
Huge place with a scape park. Council is gathering feedback from community to put in more amenities as it is long overdue. Looking forward to it.
