Janeen is such a lovely gracious lady, and the highlights she gave me were lovely, which is why I'm giving 4 stars. Unfortunately, the cut was definitely off the mark. I wanted a shorter cut but not too short. I stressed not to cut the hair on the back of my neck above the hairline and not to use a razor. I ended up with exactly what I said not to do. Also, there was a small section on one side that hung down almost an inch more than the other side that I got my husband to evenly trim. I went to Janeen based on the five star reviews. Maybe she was having an off day.

The best my hair has ever been. Janeen worked wonders with my damaged hair. Highly recommend.

Janeen is an awesome skin specialist. The six week program she suggested I follow using plasma fibroblast, SRS and LED therapy has been amazing. Everything she suggested has diminished my many wrinkles and I feel so happy with the results. What I loved most was her process with my droopy eyelids accomplishing what I thought a surgeon would only be able to do. I trusted her with the process and have not been disappointed. I would not go anywhere else! Its hard to find somene who get Blond (in my case) or any colour right, and a hair cut thats easy to work with. With the option to have all beauty done at the same time, Janeen is the best, i just love her!

I have been coming to Janeen for hair and skin treatment for several years. I get lots of compliments for my hair. Would recommend Janeen to all.

When I heard other people talk about getting adult chicken pox, I just laughed and brushed it aside, thinking that would never be me. A year after marriage, not long after moving into a new workplace. I came home feeling burning heat sensation in my skin via my face, feeling tired throughout my whole body. During the night I was sweating buckets. In the morning there it was…. Great big blisters from the top of my head to my toes…It was everywhere. Throughout the two weeks I was bathing in vinegar and natural oils, then slapping on calamine lotion every day. In those two weeks the blisters came and burst and scabbed. When the scabs lifted off, they left dents everywhere including my face. I was devastated, crying and feeling self conscience and very depressed. I lived nearby Janeen who I knew to be a wonderful beautician, who had the aptitude of being more than your backyard therapist. I didn’t really want to show her my face, however, I knew that she would have the answer. In the past I had talked and picked her mind for everything beauty and the technical side of the trade. When I showed her my face she knew exactly what to do. That was a great feeling, I felt less down heartened and more confident that she could restore my skin back to better then before. Over the course of months, I saw Janeen for treatments too my face within the first few, I saw a rapid improvements, where I felt not as self conscience as I did when I contracted the virus. Janeen also put me on a course of home treatments to do in between visit. My skin was never smooth as a baby’s bottom, however the major scaring that occurred with chicken pox really needed progressive treatments early and did they work! Yes they did. I now live North of Perth, however I regularly keep in touch with Janeen about my progress and book in appointment when I am in Mandurah. I don’t trust anyone else with my skin, as I do with Janeen. Thank You so much for caring and restoring my face back to normality, its even better than it was before! Well Done it was a mammoth battle but you did it Janeen.
