Friendly staff very comfortable modern rooms so close to Beach and restaurant

Great little set up with clean and neat apartments. Stay for work regularly and is a fantastic location to cafe, beach restaurants and park.

If you look for a clean room you will get that, but if you seek a luxury room as in the pictures provided on their website it is unlikely to get that. Here I am referring to room 14 (premium with spa) that we were given. We were quite disappointed when we saw the room because we paid $350 per night so our expectations were higher. This room had no leather couch, no big windows in the bedroom, no separate spa room, no coffee machine and the fridge made a terrible noise during the night.

Upon arriving, after being on the road 5 hours, I had the sense of ambience. The layout and design and colour of the units feels like you are coming into open arms.

It was spacious and decorated that enhanced the appearance of the unit. [Modern furniture with attention to detail. ] Finally but most importantly it was very clean.

Let us not forget the staff who were genuinely helpful.:)

Really good location close to the town. Lovely and clean. It would be nicer with some more homely touches like cushions on the couch, art work on the walls etc. It felt very bare. There was also no oven, they had two rings on a stove but no oven which I found odd if you are offering cooking facilities.

100% best holiday spot we have had. Could not fault the rooms or staff, which is something can rarely do having spent 19 years working in hospitality. Gorgeous quiet spot close to the city center and beach, which was even spectacular in winter. Love this spot and can't wait to get back!

Super clean and modern. Great location to the beach with good eats all around it. Also the walking paths around there are excellent.

Perfect! Totally enjoyed the comforts of a self contained apartment with modern furnishings, very clean, comfortable and helps when staff are lovely and the price was very reasonable, clpse to middleton beach - hope to return soon

Excellent value for money. A well appointed motel room and a great base for a Albany getaway. I doubt we will ever stay anywhere else when we are next down here

Everything we needed and more for our Winter escape to Albany. Thank you Rennie for your kindness and knowledge of the surrounds. Townhouse was exceptional value, clean and contemporary, warm like home, a pleasure to come home to after a day out exploring.

Highly recommend, great location, great staff and has everything you need in a very comfortable setting.

Our apartment had it all including a washing machine. An absolutely peaceful location. Walking distance to beach. What else one needs!
