PLEASE TRY
Ice latte is sweet, friendly staff, the egg salad sandwich was good (the bread was a little dry but the buttery filling made up for it)
Pretty underwhelming and overhyped. Got an okay Reuben - I've paid a lot less and received far better food
and service.
This place is amazing. Always so fresh and tasty. I’m always so sad if I come too late and they’re closed Highly recommend the blt or the fish burger.haven’t gotten around to try the others yet. Chef and the boys in the kitchen are absolutely lovely. Chef was kind enough to alter my order due to my pregnancy cravings (although counter lady wasn’t too impressed) I am very grateful! Thank you! Xoxo dill mayo 4 lyf
Simple menu done right. These guys are sandwich artisans and have perfected the composition and condiments of what makes a good sandwich. The sausage muffin is like an elevated and high quality maccas sausage muffin and well worth the price point. Other sandwiches are equally epic.
Get the Reuben! Probably the best I have ever had. The continental roll is also fantastic and so too the chicken schnitzel. Their sandwiches are to die for. You pay for the premium taste but so worth it. Service is fantastic and we often get free biscuits for the kids. Lovely staff.
One of the grail sandwich places in Perth! The sandwiches here may not look too big but trust they are the perfect size.
The bread here is outstanding and really frames the different flavours on offer. There are a good variety of different sandwiches available - each with their own unique profile of flavour, and each very worth a shot if you have the stomach space! They do sell other things like cookies and some bits and pieces but really it’s the sandwiches that steal the show.
There is a good amount of seating outside which means you can bring your dog along - and there is parking all around. It can get quite packed depending on the day you go but you won’t have to wait too long either way. Staff are friendly enough, although the girl that served us on the day was a little curt. Then again nothing that will get in your way.
If you like sandwiches and you are looking for a good sandwich store in Perth then definitely pay a visit - easily one of the top 5!
In a word of crusty breads that tear up the soft palate, be a Peggy's. Uncontested sandwich royalty.
2.01pm I walk in to the place to check if I could get a $5 cookie. (it’s officially closing at 30’).
I am not even in the coffee that the first thing the young girl tells me is “ we’re closing” … not even a “HI “, how rude and how unprofessional. I’m working locally and buy often my food there …. Will not go there again and won’t recommend it either.
Check who you’re hiring as obviously young people now days have no idea what Customers service is and obviously don’t want to work.
Food was decent but they forgot two of our dishes. We had to remind them and then it still took them 15 minutes to get two sandwiches to us. Busy morning but not stoked.
The sausage and egg muffin was life changing! Actual meat and real bread. If I was in Perth longer this and Peggy's coffee would be my daily starter. Yum!
The best sanga in Freo, by far. The shnitty, parm and sausage muffin are all incredible and have so much flavour.
Service is very friendly and the coffee is incredible as well.
Best sandwiches in Perth! Beautiful family-owned business with lovely staff, welcoming atmosphere, thoughtful interior, and delicious sandwiches with quality fresh ingredients (great vego options too).
Incredible! Breakfast special is awesome and such good bang for buck. This place always hits the mark but lately it’s just been even better (which I didn’t even know was possible!). Maybe they got a new chef? Either way - keep up the awesome work!
Nice team nice cafe, the only negative is, when U have sandwich breads to cut use gloves because customers they can see u touching bread after u touch the counter after u touch other things and again bread. U serving food guys. Hygiene is important
We checked out Peggys due to recent popularity. Disappointed with very over priced sandwiches, they were ok, but for $17 or $18 EA, you'd expect to be amazed.
Best food so tasty and especially best coffee good temperature and good flavour not burnt or bitter not too hot And clean and tidy and new everything inside even good kitchen set up. Good customer service. This place is top amongst all coffee shop in Fremantle. Good on you guys.
Came here the week that they opened. The eggplant parm sandwich was honestly, one of the best i’ve ever had. The flavours were phenomenal and that little kick of spicy was perfect. To top it off, the service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and you could just tell all of the staff were present and were happy be working there. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
The best sandwiches, we’ve used them twice now for staff catering and everyone loves them! They do amazing potato salad and miso caramel cookies too. Staff are so friendly too! 10/10
Peggy's do delicious sandwiches, (at 10am the lunch menu starts) there are 4 to choose from, my favourite is definitely the Schnitty.and there is a veggie option. It is small and cosy inside and you won't be guaranteed a table. The bread you get your sandwich on is in not always consistent which can be disappointing if you do have a favourite and watch out for the surcharge on Sundays. Don't let the queues put you off they go down fairly quick.
