Was hoping to attend the clinic for my pregnancy care however the receptionist was so rude throughout call that I didn’t even end up booking

Dr Kell is undoubtedly the best obstetrician to deal with, I had an elective C-section. The process was smooth, professional and knowledgeable. At peel hospital. Nurses were all so helpful. Also, Jackie receptionist was super helpful. Can't thank you enough. Baby girl born 17.01.2023

Currently go back on forth here for my pregnancy appointments. I’ve always had pleasant experiences. Lovely staff, doctors and midwives (some are extremely lovely) ? They listen and treat you with care and respect professionally. In my case, I get extra help in ways too so I can’t thank them enough. Hope to have a smooth pregnancy journey with them and if one day I have a baby again, I’ll definitely go back here. Until then, I’d recommend this place for every pregnant mama especially those who live in Mandurah area.

Dr Kell was my Doctor for all five of my children. I wouldn't have picked anyone else. Highly recommend. Thankyou guys

Dr Gregg Eloundou is an exceptional doctor. Put me at ease right away and explained everything really clearly. Performed my surgery same day and was kind and reassuring throughout. So thankful to have had him as my doctor during a stressful and emotional time. Would highly recommend.

Dr Gregg Eloundou is an amazing Dr. Went in expecting the usual push back but he was utterly surprising, knowledgeable, empathetic, straight up & has a great sense of humor. As a surgeon AMAZING I have never come out of a surgery as well as I have from his work. I wish he was my Dr for everything.

Drove my friend to her appointment as she is due in 2 weeks. Her appointment was at 3pm. Two hours later I am still waiting & she hasn't even been seen yet.

Last appointment it 90 minute wait.

What would happen if we turned up that late to an appointment? Total lack of consideration & respect of others time.

Would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone.

They have a few good Dr's here. But are let down by there incompetent receptionist and manager.

We are so grateful to have found a family Dr that has been fantastic to deal with. It’s so hard to find one that suits our large family and Dr Hay is the best! The whole practice is full of wonderful people all very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

A comfortable and safe place to enjoy, plan and take care of your pregnancy. I felt listened to and looked after the whole time during my appointment. My midwife Marlene and Dr Kell were understanding and made sure I was heard. Felt better coming away than I did going in.

Im sure the surgeons here are top class.

Same can not be said about the receptionist that work here. We had an appointment booked on the 12/04 and they had rebooked it without telling us for the 13th. No notifications. Major stuff around

Everything about this centre is wonderful; the doctors, nurses, reception staff, atmosphere and presentation. Very caring and accurate with diagnosis. Fantastic with my whole family.

Drs are fabulous.
Dr Kell delivered my son 6 years ago by Emergency caesarean as he was undiagnosed breach.
Dr Kell is the best obstetrician and is highly recommended.
