Booked my car in to get a check done on a knocking noise that had been bothering me for a long time. Not only was it quickly diagnosed, but it was also fixed on the day! Really impressed with the service and work done. Thanks guys!

Went in for a wheel alignment they found some stuff fair enough 9year old car now so to be expected, got a whopping 7k quote! Sent to my own mechanic and all up 4600 plus serious component they didn't even pick up! Turns out they tried to give me upgraded parts on things without even saying. Definitely get a second opinion guys

Horrible service. I handover them a job for Power steering rack and pinion, on that time odometer reading is 1,55,000 after 10k KMS car again start the fluid leakage issue so went back to them as pedders providing 2 year's warranty and 40k KMS. They replace the power steering and pinion again after 10k car still start giving same issue. So they start saying that we can fix it but it's very busy we can do it with in two weeks, excuses like we don't have part blah blah. But where customer can go I spent almost 2k$ for the repair now I fixed my car from someone else because they are not trust worthy. They Will not listen you once they got the money from you. I can also upload the payment receipt if anyone want to have a look on it. One more thing when they do repair second time they didn't provide me any receipt they just said it's all good it's on warranty but they didn't provide any history for record, on that time I trust them like things can happen They fixed it. But they just put refurbished part or maybe old part so it start giving the same issue again and again.

The brakes on the car I had just bought were awful so the guys squeezed me in the very next day, replaced all the brakes at my request and 2000 km later, they are fantastic. Cheers gents!

Could not recommend highly enough! Have been going to the guys at Pedders Midvale, in particular Leaith, for about 6 or 7 years now. Never had any hassles and they’ve always been very accommodating especially with my last minute needs before road trips.
Leaith does an awesome job on the alignment machine, even up to my fussy standard.

Got a "wheel alignment", after suspension work. Told it was a full wheel alignment- not just toe and go, but handles like rubbish and could tell just by looking at the wheels camber was way out. Since got it fixed by another mechanic, who said 100% was toe and go.cheers for wasting my money and screwing my tyres.

Was really pleased with the service I received. Only went in for a technical check and report, but it was great to see that he explained what was wrong with actual pictures of the items needing replacement and why. Highly recommend.

I called about a brake part price and availability. The young guy took my number but I never received a call back. I am on a landline, this is so frustrating when you are waiting around near the phone for hours waiting for a call that never comes. It's a clever way of getting rid of someone; this happens 90% or more of the time when a business takes your number and says they will call you back but never do. No doubt this young guy wrote down the number and 3 minutes later was back on the job he was doing and completely forgotten about it. I ended up getting the part from Perth Brake Parts who took the time to listen to me describing the part and the main assembly and looked it up.

$10 for pressing in a new ball joint. Good service good prices. This guy was a bit creepy though.

Customer service second to none. Leith and the guys do a fantastic job and i would recommend to anyone wanting a quality job done at a reasonable price. Always helpful and friendly service.
