After going back and forth with The guys at Pedders asking about the different types of GVM’s and suspension they have on offer. They Installed the 3670 GVM on my 2020 ford ranger I’m really impressed with the work and the knowledge that the guys have and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking at GVMs and suspension. I would also like to add they are extremely helpful when it comes to all things including getting the car approved and relicensed.

These guys are great, I highly recommend them for any front-end requirements!

Walked in off the street said car had a suspension knock they test drove it put it up in the air found the problem had the part in stock fixed it on the spot.

Best customer service in a long time. I had a few questions about my suspension and brakes. They told me everything about it. My car was raised from previous owner and I didn’t know how to lower it I thought it would cost me heaps. I called up and he said bring it in today so I went in and they did it then and there for me for free and explained what it was. Thank you and definitely coming back

I had booked in at 230 but realised I needed to pick my daughter up from school so we’re able to shuffle me in at 1 o’clock thought I had brake troubles but they were able to troubleshoot the problem fast turned out to be a transmission issue and even recommended a guy in Mandurah who deals with Jeep srt, s even though the Jeep sarga continues they did a great job in helping me get to the where I need to thank you team pedders and as soon I figure this out I’ll be back for a lowering kit hahahah

Pedders mandurah I can not thank you enough for the work you did on my car. You guys went above and beyond to fix the problem I had with my springs. I could hardly walk after a drive before as the car was so rigid and hard, dosnt help having steel holding my spine together either. But now I actually love my car again, thanks to you guys. Had my ute G V M upgrade done by Pedder's in Mandurah and what a stuff up after 10,000Km. My springs lay flat and had no bow in it. Went back and had no joy and was said that there is nothing they can do. Had other companies say this was never legal and the safety aspect was very dangerous. $2600 was the cost, and how this company can get away with this. Does someone need to die first before they do something. Please get a full engineer approval and get other quotes and full reports on your G V M upgrade, and do not trust this company after sales is bloody appalling.

Sent an email with a suspension query, had a detailed response within 24 hours. Further discussed with Lex the best option for what I needed. The difference with Lex and other people I approached in the Mandurah area was he had great product knowledge and listened to what I wanted to achieve. Most others just looked the vehicle up in a catalogue and churned out a standard response without any thought to tailoring it to what the vehicle would be doing.
Other’s have already said it but great service and very happy with the work carried out. Probably saved me a fortune in chiropractor fees
