Pedders Suspension Cannington

Called in to get a $28 suspension, steering and brake comprehensive check as I have heard a knocking noise on my VE SSV. They advised me that the problem was the Front Sway Bar Links. Had them replaced on the same day - Full report also suggest some items are failing, but there were zero pressure to get them done (a true obligation-free report). Nathan printed out the estimate for the parts and labours for the failing items and I am left a happy new customer with my main problems solved, but also had zero obligation to do the work. Will definitely come back for further work on the SSV and recommend others who wants a comprehensive obligation-free report!

Went here to have the $28 safety check done after dealer quoted me $460 to replace one (?) rear shock absorber. Nathan quoted me $570 to replace both rear shocks. Had the work completed today and I could not be happier with honest advice and service I received from Pedders Cannington, highly recommend Nathan and the team

Great service. Needed it aligned asap after swapping some arms out. They said they didnt have time but would chip away at it the next day for me and fit me in. Provided a good explanation and before and after sheets of my alignment specs. Added a touch of rear camber as requested. Not the cheapest but worth it over your usual toe and go alignment at a tyre shop.

Fix my alignment in 1 go when other shops took a few time and still got it wrong.

They spend time explaining the problem to me too, which is a nice bonus.

Bevan and the lads had the awesome task of rebuilding the undercarriage on my Cortina and did and absolutely phenomenal job. Drive better than a Brad new car once it was done. A year ago I gave them 4 stars and today it's a 5! They fixed up a clunking sound due to a bolt left a bit loose by another Pedders store during alignment, and redid the alignment at no charge to me. They even fit me in on the same day when they were already busy. Really good job Nathan and Bevan for sorting out sometime else's mess and importantly, doing what's right by the customer!

PS Pedders staff: the qr code on your 'Leave a review' business card doesn't work anymore.

I recommend Bevan and the team at Cannington Pedders for their knowledge and nothing-too-hard attitude. Over the last 10 years I've only chosen them to improve or repair the suspension and brakes of my cars including Toyota Aw11, Suzuki Zc31s, Nissan J31 and more. I've shopped around, for sure, but when honesty and technical specifics matter to you.or you want a functional and accurate alignment.then give them a go.

Fixed my problem, my mechanic said something was broken turns out it was something else and these guys worked it out and fixed it. Yeew

Very happy with the product 2 months down the track. The service and knowledge when my Ute was inspected to see what suspension upgrade would best suit my needs was first class.
Messages from their personal phones to get the perfect positioning of my air bag valves was a touch above.

Well who would have thought that i would get a call from the Owner Bevan after having read my initial review. Well im glad he did and im glad i gave him the opportunity to explain by calling back.
After having spoken to Bevan a few times now i can see he is very passionate for his business and his customers.
Im wanting to get my springs changed on my car and its not an item they stock. However Bevan is doing what he can to source what would best suit my needs and is determined to get the best result.

These guys know their business. Not cheap, but they are excellent suspension specialists and can fix any problem.
I drive on rough roads with my caravan and I had them fit high spec shock absorbers - ride was much improved.
My car was drifting left and tire dealers couldn't fix it properly. Peddars looked at it and adjusted camber, caster, alignment, and tested it for radial drift, then gave the car back to me with a detailed before and after report.
Your life depends on your tires, brakes, and suspension. I'll willingly pay more to have these experts look after what's important.

Can't fault the customer service of Bevan and his friendly staff. Initially went to WA Suspensions as we have used them before, guy that looked at the car (which required a lot of work) flat out was not interested in the job and told me the parts where obsolete. Rang Pedders Cannington and spoke to Bevan who was really helpfull and squeezed me in straight away into the workshops booked out schedule. Car drives like new and 100% happy, they even gave me a lift to the train station when I first dropped the car off. Don't waste your time anywhere else, see Bevan and his friendly team if you want the job done properly and you don't have time to waste with bulls××t.
