That was the worst experience ever.

They tried to reschedule me 3x. No one told me in advance that they weren't accepting Bupa any more. After that, they made me wait for over 30 minutes. When the doctor called me, they just ignored that I was waiting for him, and gave to others my turn.

To conclude, after all, they charged $59.00 bucks for a 5 minutes medical appointment.

Accept my suggestion - find another place!

Booked in an appointment 2 weeks prior only to receive a phone call on a Sunday the day before that the doctor won't see me because he will only see ongoing patients (?)

Followed by a rude phone call stating "You can rock up but they won't see you"

Dr Cohen has seen many of my family and he always gets to the route of the issue, even complex issues.
He has a very caring manner and you never feel rushed.

Dr Cohen is the rudest Dr he shows no empathy has little interest in patient care, don't waste your time I was told to go and see my regular Dr when I have been going to this surgery for 10 years!

Waited 10 minutes at reception before a receptionist even spoke to me.
Practice is now split-billed, which was not defined at time of booking.
Medicare rebate is not done on the spot, so out of pocket cost is at least $70, with rebate from medicare refunded anywhere from 2-7 days.

Not happy. Go somewhere else that is bulk-billed. If medicare doesn't cover the cost, don't pass it on to the clients.

Side note: GPs are great here if out of pocket cost is not an issue.

The Drs are great, the reception staff on the other hand are clueless and don't understand basic communication skills.

Theres not aways a apartment when you need it. But when you get on your not wanting a round too long staff are very nice there happy to help and Dr Vinny Shamprasadh is an excellent DR

Receptionist was extremely rude when I attended my appointment 5 mins late. She said the Dr might not be able to see me now and went to check and said she would let me know. I waited for 45 minutes and only when I went to check was told my name was taken off list.

Dr. Riaz Hashemi has taken care of me and my whole family very well. He’s a doctor who listens and genuinely cares for his patients. We also come here to get our physio services and the physio Jason has been good to us as well. All the staff at reception and also the pathologists are very good. Highly recommended.

Booked in for 8am for my sick son, was first in the doors, waited half an hour watched as others went in to be told "the doctor you booked with isn't here today, we have one doctor on and since your a new patient you don't take priority" absolutely furious will not be coming back. WORST DOCTOR SURGERY EVER. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

A man claiming to be the owner of the Practice seems to think he is entitled to park in an emergency vehicle car pack because he “owns the practice”. When approached and told he can not park there as it’s for emergency vehicles only, his response was “I own this practice, I can park where I want”. How arrogant!

Absolute appalling service from the front desk. I got told to stand outside in the heat on a 34 degree day give my a mask and wait to see if my dr will see me! I’m happy to wear a mask but I’m not an animal I’m a human being. How degrading she made me feel

After waiting over 40 minutes for my appointment, I was advised that the receptionist had not arrived me and that the procedure I required was not going to happen on this day. I was then advised to re-book and that this appointment was just a consult to see if I was a suitable candidate. I believe a referral from my GP should of sufficed. To add insult to injury, I was asked no questions at this 'consult' to conclude I was a suitable candidate or not. I am now debating moving medical practitioners due to this unprofessionalism.

Dr didn't give me a medical certificate, told I need to rebook an appointment with same Dr, who is not available till next week to get the certificate.are you kidding me what an absolute joke!

Do not book appointments on the weekend unless you want to wait 30-60 minutes. Literally watch people arrive after you and get in before you whilst being calmed by the great words of “yep, you’re next.don’t worry”

Dr Sourinathan prescribed me as a chronic migraine suffer a trip down pseudoscience road and wanted me to get some spinal adjustments. Even though its been proven again and again that chiropractic is pure placebo/quackery.

This morning was late for 8 mins and my appointment slot was given to the patient after mine. Front staff told me i have to reschedule to come back in the afternoon. Why can’t i take that patient’s slot instead?

Dr Riaz. The best doctor ever. Always on time, always a smile on his face, a pleasure to deal with. He's great. Reception always a pleasure to deal with. Perfect

I am overwhelmed. Absolutely amazing all round. Personally to Dr VJ, the care I received was more than brilliant. He started my treatment and so it through to the end. Thank you.
