Pearsall IGA reviews
47 Too expensive. Prices keep rising while the quality is decreasing.
Staff are not helpful or friendly.
Sad. Was a brilliant store now it is so disappointing
Avoid this store at all costs. Including any store owned by the same mob. They own 8 for reference. It used to be a great family run store with community focus until they took over. The new owners focus only on profit and not on the customers or community like they should. Standards on everything have dropped.
I have shopped at iga and have bought items and theirs this lady who didn’t give me the right change i noticed it until I got home and checked and I only got 50 cents instead of my 5$ change!? Really bad service never go to pearsall iga I recommend somewhere else this is an real comment I’m reporting this to the council.
What a great little shop lots of changes all for the best it was nice to see full shelves and and a full team working away
This is the worst IGA I have ever been to, their shelves always empty, no staff, and the lotto counter diabolic - maybe the owners need to make sure their shelves are stocked regularly, Also food always out of date- I have been shopping here for 17 years, terrible- if you live local try IGA woodvale-amazing
C4 so expensive. Likely due to wholesaler aggressive price hikes to maintain large profits. Why not stock AUS brands? Better and cheaper plus same or better margin. I try to support local but why do I even bother when I see C4 priced so aggressively, there is no 10c refund for charity and it's a poor quality US import. Stick to AUS brands.
The service is very rude, I am a emo rat not trolling and they just yelled at me for dressing up as a rat. The children there also stabbed me with a banana and yelled minion. I hope you know what I feel, Many thanks Emo rat.
Recently moved to the area and have been here a few times.very hit and miss with staff.
Today I had an older woman with short blonde/white hair who thought it was acceptable to throw my shopping across the counter because she couldn’t stand the sound of children screaming in the store. Have worked in retail and can say I agree with her but don’t agree with her throwing and damaging peoples groceries.
Excellent selection of meat and the deli counter is very good too. Staff friendly. Prices typical of IGA $$$$
Great iga in pearsall lots of stock and hot n fresh foods cabinet easy parking and usually quick service. Good selection of meats. They carry items not found in the usual supermarkets
The gentleman in fruit and veg was very helpful but that's where the happiness ended ️ the deli needs to spend 5 minutes at IGA Mt Lawley or Maylands to get some idea of how to run efficiently.for example if you are going to have all the ingredients to put together a roast dinner in one container why not do that instead of separating/weighing each part. I ended up paying $11.75 for small roast vegies, at Maylands I could have got a large roast meal with gravy for $13
Thumbs up for Michael, twice was there when he was working, first time seeing someone which such good customer service, very polite and helpful.
Great iga in pearsall lots of stock and hot n fresh foods cabinet easy parking and usually quick service
Great variety in the delivery section and a good range of fresh produce. While the big players were stripped bare recently, this local IGA kept their stock levels well. Kudos to local businesses looking after locals
The fresh Pagnotta pizza's you stock are always empty. For the past 6 or more weeks I have been up thete to get some & it's consistently empty. If it's a popular line adjust your ordering accordingly & stop having completely empty shelves.
Purchased deli meats and salads. Meats were lean and sliced perfectly. Pearsall IGA have a great range of salads. What we purchased was delicious.
Good parking.
Sells products here that the big supermarkets don't sell, or have stopped selling.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
The staff here are wonderful! They are always willing to help. They have tasty hot meals to consume immediately and cooked food which can be reheated at home. Their deli meats are well price compared to other supermarkets. Their opening hours are very convenient from 7-9 pm everyday which helps if you need items urgently in the mornings. They stock a variety of brands in most products.
The only good thing is that it's close ' the prices are over way over priced " deli staff are very friendly.
