Pearsall Hocking Community Centre reviews
11Fantastic place for my kids birthday. Great facilities with a fenced in playground for the kids.
This venue provided a fantastic opportunity to celebrate a memorable birthday place to celebrate. I highly recommend it.
Great community centre hosting a number of great services from Karate classes to child heath drop in clinic. You can also rent the space cir events such as birthdays which is great fir the kids with the on site playground
A smaller zise of the activities centre, but modern and new, car park is ample. The building is all in high ceilings, inside are spacious and clean. The big function room which we play Thai Chi is big and bright. One side of wall facing the park, is builted with strong glass, windows from top ceiling down to floor, views the natural park. The floor is smooth timber like, many people are bare feet or just wear socks to play. It's central heating in winter, warm and comfortable.
Wonderful! Playground is great with swings, slides and sandpit. Clean facilities, plenty of parking unless attending an event but easily able to park in IGA carpark.
Very family friendly
Good room for kids events especially with the play area in the backyard.
Great spacious venue with one with outdoor activities for kids. Newly-built centre with great kitchens and toilets.
This is a fantastic venue. Modern and spacious and wonderful facilities! We styled an event here for a 21st Birthday Party and are looking forward to doing more events and weddings at this location. I would highly recommended!
A beautifully designed community centre with practical facilities for a variety of uses. Kitchens, tables and chairs available for use. Air conditioned. The main hall has large windows overlooking bushland. The main hall is large for large gatherings, fitness classes and dinner dances. There is a smaller hall suitable for dance classes and a meeting room with comfortable chairs and facilities, great for business meetings. It is new, architecturally designed and plastered on the inside walls which makes a nice change to all the other COW community centres that are just 1980s brick internal walls, lino floors and musty smells. However, it is only 2 years old and poorly maintained. The windows are dirty, floor is disgustingly filthy and needs a good mop (every week it is the same) damaged walls with different paint patches, marks, wall hooks and sticky tape left on walls from previous hirers. Cobwebs everywhere. It is dissappointing COW has let it get to such a state in a short period of time.
Nice, clean and well maintained. We attended a birthday party there and the kids had a ball in the fenced playgrouns outside. Parents could relax a bit as kids couldn't run off.
