Paws and More Vet Centre

Picked my dog up today after leaving him here for two days and his demeanour and overall energy is that of a trauma victim, very timid and shy and no energy when he sees me which is completely out of character as he is always very excitable and energetic, ive never seen him like this in the 6yrs he's been my companion, we've left him at other places before and he's never responded like this before, impossible to know the cause but all I know is before I dropped him off he was not at all like this

Staff are so caring and they have everything you would need for your pet. Pathology, imaging, and dietary care. Follow up, dental and grooming.
Great service but isnt cheap for quality care.

Jolene is amazing! Kind caring and very efficient. There was a complication from another vet for our baby boys neutered procedure and she fixed it free of charge. She has helped us put faith back into vets. She’s very knowledgeable and terrific. Will be going to see her for everything from now on

Max is improving, he’s less lethargic, abit more active. Has been eating and drinking. Been keeping up with his hydro lights. Super keen to go for a walk but he can rest. Thank you so much for helping us see an improvement in our fur baby

Sadly we had to say goodbye to our Alaskan Malamute on June 3rd 2021 and the experience with Paws & More was fantastic on the day, despite being a very emotional time for us.

However we are quite disappointed that we received no card or any acknowledgement of our beautiful girl Ishtar's cremation.

It's a shame, that we might have to consider going elsewhere in future considering this oversight.

There isn't always a receptionist at the desk so sometimes you have to wait a short while, they took wonderful care of my cat through his dental procedure, making sure he was warm and comfortable.

Took my cat in to see about a little spot on her bottom. They told me she had fleas, I bought the product that was recommended and everything but when I got home I realised that it was impossible for my cat to have fleas because she is an indoor cat and my dog was not scratching excessively. I was not finding bite marks on myself either. False diagnosis and used me to purchase a product I didn't even need.
Never coming back here again.

Visited today to get my cat's vaccine and microchip. We were assisted by Dr. Avi and he was a delight! He was very friendly to me and my mum and handled my cat Naomi with great care. He even gave us two free packet of food to try at home, as well as explaining everything that we need to know to take care of my cat. Really happy with the service and will definitely be a regular customer.

The vets there are super professional and they are easy-going. Honestly, they knew exactly what was wrong with my pup a few times and they really made sure he was comfy and relaxed.

There prices are good and the surgery is very clean. I always recommend this vet surgery to friends and family.

Dr Carrie is a very warm and genuine person who offers a level of customer service second to none. Her passion for people makes her a very rare breed of Veterinarian and a gem of a find, I highly recommend ️

Recently had to say goodbye to my dog (Max). It was tough times for all our family members. However, Dr. Henry Chung made Max's last moments in life as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. We greatly appreciate and thank all the staff at the centre for taking the extra steps for my pet. Extremely professional and friendly. Very highly recommended and will take all my pets there. Thank you again!
