My experience with Paula was amazing. This was my first breathwork session, Paula provided a comfortable space, great energy and allowed me to relax and let go. Highly recommend for all levels of experience.

On sunday, I enjoyed a 90 minute breathwork journey with Paula. Simply put, it has me reconsidering all the ways that I wish to look after myself. As someone who lives with chronic anxiety, at the end there I took around 8 sweet precious breaths where I wasnt experiencing any anxiety symptoms in my body!
Paula's pressence was grounding and knowledgeable and I had every faith she was with me the entire process.
Highly reccomend.
