I'm sorry to say that I went to this store this morning and didn't even get a hello from one lady that works there. I had to ask if they had my size on one of the shoes I liked, she said no and then walked away without suggesting they had other shoes or styles in my size.
Only one person the store.
Would have taken forever to get served.
No acknowledgement or even an apology for lack of staff.
Stale air odour in the shop.
Iris spent an hour at least getting different shoes for me to try. ’patience of a saint’ plus great knowledge about best comfort shoes. Ended up laughing! That’s got to count for excellent service!

Great service and staff. Small variety of footwear for men compared to women. Ratio would be 5 to 1.
Excellent range. Pricey, but well worth it. Great brands. Staff are experienced and friendly.
