Just had the bacon and egg roll and coffee deal. Superb. Come here all the time for pastries, especially when having friends over for dinner or lunch and need an easy, and very popular dessert option.

Has never disappointed.

Been going here to my favourite cafe in Fremantle for the last 15 years, great coffee and the best ham and tomato croissants you could ever find, I have to say since the new owners have taken over, Things have gone downhill; was there 2 weeks ago and my coffee was terrible and the croissant was stale as well as hardly any ham or tomato ; My wife’s cappuccino was just dreadful and her coconut slice was inedible, did complain to the new owner but to no satisfaction, after 15 years of great food and service I’ll be giving this place a miss from now on, All good things come to an end

Lovely community coffee and baked goods corner shop. We were there on Easter Sunday and happy to have hot hot cross bun and delicious butter with out coffees, sitting out and enjoying a beautiful afternoon. With most other shops closed this time of day, we appreciate the La Vespa's dedication and service. Full marks!

We have been going to this coffee shop for years and it was lovely clean fresh cakes good coffee, but it’s been sold and I’m sorry to say it’s terrible our lamington was so stale I couldn’t eat it and the vanilla slice had terrible lumpy custard and to top it of there was a black hair in one of our coffees.sorry but you have lost 4 customers.

The rich coffee, but to say French, the quality of the baked goods is very artificial. Crossaint looks like air. And the caramel slice hard as rock without much flavor

This place was brilliant 10 years ago when we lived here. Still just as good. Amazing coffee, cakes and pied

This is an embarrassment to the street. It's dirty, old, substandard and run on a shoe string.

Got some pastries and a birthday cake for my girlfriends birthday. And I can’t thank you guys enough for doing such an awesome job! Everyone has said they were the best and my girlfriend has requested the birthday cake every year from now on!

This cafe has lovely cakes and as you can see, excellent coffee with breakfast burger. Luckily the day I arrived it was on promo price. Delicious and great value. Thank you so much to the staff at this great cafe ️

Has been a favourite cafe for years but the cappuccino yesterday was downright ordinary. Hopefully not to be repeated

One of our favourite cafes to drop into in Freo! Try the frangipane tart, lemon meringue tart, long mac topped up, milkshakes etc. Grab an outside table for some people watching.

Has really gone downhill in the last 12 months. Poor, surly (borderline rude) service, crazy high prices and what looks like mass produced pies.

And I’ve never seen a more sad looking vanilla slice, lopsided, no topping to speak of, and really thin. I wouldn’t be so annoyed as I am, if the one in the cabinet (which I thought I was getting), didn’t look so tasty. Shame I didn’t look in the bag until I got home.

Always busy when we walk past we decided to stop and take a load off.

The coffee and hot chocolate were good and the lemon tart was excellent.

Not going to lie, the baked goods are great. Very hard to beat. Unfortunately the customer service is a little lacking. It isn't all the staff, as the majority are friendly and helpful. If you want some great cakes or other baked sweetness then go here. Just don't expect the most amazing experience.

First time back here in about 12 months. Still top drinkable coffee every time (unlike most other highly rated coffee places) and quality pastries (spinach and ricotta sausage roll and cheese cake this time). Yes, hungry after a swim!

Extremely unprofessional management from the owner. I am a semi regular customer and mostly have scones, jam and cream. The scones are of good quality, but there is generally insufficient jam or cream to cover them adequately. Today, and without speaking to me personally, he instructed the girl serving me to charge 50 cents extra without any explanation at all. As a result of his rudeness and penny pinching attitude I will not be going back!

Looking for good coffee and delicious fresh pastries then look no further, the aftertaste of fresh nutty coffee lingers on the tastebuds as you bite into fresh delicate crispy pastry of the croissant.
Must try the Lemon Tart and other delicious delicacies on offer.
Can hardly wait to return

The sausage rolls are so good, they will remind you of paper bags and rainy days eating in the undercover area at school, because they’re just like the sausage rolls we had as kids. Desserts, atmosphere and service are great. Will go back again.
