8Called before walked in. Very friendly and concerned. Got my first blood test for pregnancy here.
After a recent visit to the Doctor I required some blood to be taken. The ladies in the clinic Sya and Tracey did a great job from the moment I walked in. A lady called Emily took my blood in a painless and professional manner. Keep smiling you are all doing a wonderful job.
The staff Kaye was extremely rude, she has no empathy for children at all. My poor baby girl was traumatised because Kaye was so rude to her physically and mentally. She even scratched my hands. She did the same to my son 2 years ago. Do not bring ur kids there.

Wait times are bad enough, but understandable. The clerical staff, however are so rude, my daughter has has to get frequent blood tests due to ill health, which is bad enough, but to constantly be treated so rudely by the staff is disgusting really, Everyone has a bad day and I get that, but the every time?
Been waiting over 3 weeks to get results back on the gender of our baby when it should only take a week. Then we're told the results have been sent to our gp, so we book an appointment only to be told the results aren't in and they don't know how long it will take to get them. We've already paid $425 to get the results but we're going to find out the gender of the baby through the 20 week scan before the results are in so it was a complete waste of time and money. Would avoid this place at all costs if possible
Poor customer service. Run by old phlebotomist, fierce and rough. Well thats my experience. Id suggest go to other pathwest if wherever possible
Go somewhere else if you want to do GTT, even with an appointment, you are left waiting an hour for the initial test and that is first thing in the morning
