I often order Bonnie in their selection. My fave. Very good portioning, but please always include the utensil.

My son and his friend ate from here on Saturday 11th November. His friend was admitted to Joondalup hospital at 3am Sunday morning and placed on a drip and is still there as I write this. My son has been violently ill and vomiting now for 2 days. I'm sure there are others who got sick from their food that night.

Missing only a drink, not really worried but attitude of manager when I rang was rude and abrupt, if you can't get order right, dont deliver.

Have been going there for years. Always good quality of food. Considering they make the pasta it’s still very quick service. Will be back again.

Staff and service is great. I have a massive complaint, the actual shop is so hot and humid. The franchise owner should be ashamed, making staff suffer and clients not to spend a minute more at.the store than they have to.

Food was delicious, hot and surprisingly well balanced! I tried the Napoli sauce with Fettucine, bacon and chicken, still steaming and spiced when I opened the containers. Good value for money and a neat idea, will definitely try again.

Ordered a chicken parmigiana with chips and didn’t get the chips, a creamy chicken pasta with tomatoes and spinich, the tomatoes and spinach were missing and the chicken wasnt cut up just thrown in the cup, pasta was undercooked and the cheese was cold. When I called up I was only offered a free large chips and 50% discount on my next order. I wont be returning

Your cheap brown paper bag broke when I got home, and the pasta fell straight through, going everywhere. I live too far to come back, but you may want better bags!

Terrible customer service and got our order completely wrong then overcharged us but did not offer a refund. We ordered chicken parmigiana and fries and were told after paying that they did not have fries (even though they did), so we were given cold penne pasta to go with it that we had to pay an extra $10 for. We received a random sampler box with our order which we did not order and were charged $50 when we should have been charged $35. The food was terrible and the waiter/chef did not offer a refund, an apology or any compensation. The chicken tasted like it had been microwaved from frozen. Would never go back

Quickest Uber eats has ever got to me. My foods still steaming it’s that hot. Taste really good as well. I’m in shock. So impressed. I even tipped the Uber driver too. Thanks guys

Ordered the broccoli chicken. Tasted good but every single fettuccine noodle was stuck together with another. Not one single strand of pasta. A bit disappointed coming from a pasta restaurant.

75 dolla order, and they leave my nice garlic loaf on their counter and send doordash guy on his way, phoned them. " oh theres an optiion for a refunD" WE CANT EAT THE REFUND MMMMKAY. YOU HAD ONE JOB!

Terrible service! Every time we order something has to be missing or wrong! First time is ok, second time sure but it’s every time and all we get is ok bring it back and we’ll ad your chicken? Really? Take it back off everyone’s plates and bring it back? That’s your solution? Never again thank you

Fat pube in my meet box not very happy and I saw them spit in my pasta this place should be shut down immediately

I have tried emailing to rectify this and get a refund but no response as of yet, bit annoyed to order a family size pasta dish and find 3 strands of hair through out it after we had already started eating it. One I thought ok but then to look further and find more was disappointing and disgusting. There were quite alot of orders at the time I was in there, so I'd be interested to know if others were contaminated aswel, I was there on 26/12/2021 sometime after 8.30pm and ordered a family size Masala with 3 cheese ravioli.
I will not be returning here and to be honest iv written alot of reviews and this is the first time iv ever experience one hair strand let alone 3! I so hope nobody else has to waste their money to experience this aswel.

Great food and usually very quick. I'm really sad they got rid of the bread that they used to give with the pasta. It was perfect for doping the sauce up.

Brought take away pasta from them last week and it was the worst I ever had. The taste was awful and smell was obnoxious. It tasted like the sauce had gone off. Had to dump the container after having a couple of forks.

I generally don't give reviews for average tasting food places but this was very bad.

Admittedly the food is delicious but my arrabiata had no sausage at all in it - not a single bit. It was also a smaller size than I paid for.

Highly recommended. Great service provided. Made exactly what we expected. Very convenient for parking around. Easy access. Very very nice food. Love to visit again.
