It's basically a Pasta Cup but cleaner, newer and friendlier!

Food is hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. Place is spotless.

Our food took about 20 minutes because it was busy and the owner was caring apologetic and gave us free deserts.

Very tasty.

The first time we ordered there was great, unfortunately the second time the order got mixed up but they were more than accommodating, going above and beyond to rectify the order. Amazing service! Will 110% order again

i have never seen a better dishwasher in my life

The dishwasher, Zane Masters truly exemplifies that attitudes of a hard-working and trustworthy individual. The state of his dishes are in pristine form and he works with no complaints just positivity all day, everyday. Thank You for such a pleasurable experience eating at your restaurant and thankyou for the amazing service, especially that Zane Masters.

Zane Masters is an absolute hero. Such a sensational worker. If you’re blessed enough to see the legendary Zane Masters working make sure to give way. Zane definitely is very deserving of a raise. Yeah Zane!

I hate to leave a negative review but this is the first time i had a bad experience with pasta hub i’m a regular customer here today i ordered pasta through uber eats it was a poor quality my stomach is burning and having issues straight after i had that not just for me same for my husband as well … Please don’t serve low quality food to people never returning back. Hope we won’t get sick

Hi, i arrived at the Pasta Hub resturant and show my order name to the staff and she said it's comming. After 15 minutes i ask another staff that how long my order will take to get prepared, and she started looking the receipts. Then she came at counter and spoke with that girl. They print out the reciept of order after 20 minutes and i ask again how much i have to wait and she said it will take 15,20 minutes we will prepare it now. I said her why you didn't tell me before, she replied that I'm not playing or enjoying here I'm busy. That was very rude behaviour and unprofessional.
She said me you can cancel the order or wait.then i cancel the order and left the store.
Overall staff is very rude and unprofessional, very bad customer service.

I ordered over Uber eats, pastahub cancelled the order instantly for no reason saying I called up to cancel which is not true, Uber didn’t cancel it either pastahub did (630pm this was at btw)
then I’ve tried to call them over the phone & was rudely hung up on twice with no hello on the phone or anything just instant hang up to stop the call.
Waste of time and money, shonky place.

Must try place️excellent food, I love all the pastas specially Indian style pasta and variety of garlic breads.

Doesn’t provide extra parmesan cheese. Wanted to purchase and still no option, so ate my pasta bit bland.

Absolutely bloody beautiful! Best take away pasta I've had, highly recommend. Will be returning if I'm in the area

The menu has a large variety of pastas and the customer service was great in suggesting what’s been popular and was accomodating to what I wanted.
Only had a 5 minute wait for the Romano pasta and it was well worth it.

Favourite pasta cup is watle Grove in Perth. Always cooked fresh. Love my snitzel on the side. Great friendly service

The food here is excellent. Even as a vegan they have options for me. Excellent service and I highly recommend this place.

Pasta is consistently amazing. Loved the Caesar salads.

I was the forgotten customer! Placed my order, after waiting 15min was told 5 more minutes. Stayed inside & waited the entire time so I got hot fresh pasta. Watched plenty of people who ordered after me get their food first, so I go up to find out where it is, only to see it had been sitting on the counter ready for 30mins, without anyone telling me. Was given luke warm pasta and cold, burnt arancini balls. Very disappointed! Can definitely make pasta at home faster & just as tasty. Will not be going back!

I have never been to a pasta takeaway before yesterday. They cook to order so please allow more time. The gentleman said 10 minutes and I was there for 20. I really enjoyed my meal and so did the kids. Hubby thought his was a little average but he isn’t really into really saucy dishes. Overall. Good value and I would return:)

My pasta is consistently perfect every time! Addicted to it, and the lady goes above and beyond with her customer service. Definitely a permanent customer!
