Pastacup reviews
30 Amount of mussels in the chilli mussels is dismal. $15 for 3 medium size mussels and a few very small ones. I've gone to this pasta cup for years and would always get a big serving of large mussels. But since the new owners taking over they have used very small and little amount of mussels in what is suppose to be a "main" meal.
Just tried the mussels again to see if improved, prices have gone up and I got a total of 9 mussels. $2 a mussel is a joke
The staff treated us with respect. The food quality is comparable with other Pastacup branches.
Loved it. Great value for money and tasty too. Will be back and please put one in Mandurah. Thankyou
Boy at front counter was extremely unprofessional I can’t even explain the disgust I felt by his service, he had to finish send of a text before me served me and then when I went to pick up my pasta he was skulling his Pepsi with one hand and handed me my order with the other plus the pasta was nasty
Shocking business
Can’t cook pasta
Can’t cook a nice sauce
Don’t have a soddin clue what curly fries are
The owner of the business should really consider selling up and maybe going into a different industry with no responsibility coz he’s possibly created the worst food franchise in Western Australia right now
The worst food I've ever had. My lasagne was stone cold and burnt and my salad looked like it was 3 days old.
My mum and I ate pasta together here and it was all sauce and when we asked the next time in special instructions just to put more pasta they blocked us on door dash
All sauce, no pasta.the pasta is undercooked, I ordered from DD and ML 2 nights in a row, same thing.disappointing. Needs a new Chef. Enjoy the Alfredo SLUDGE.
Last few times I have ordered from here I have rang through phone orders with specific dietary requirements (no chicken) and get home to find there is in fact chicken in my meals. Rang tonight with the same request was told 20minute wait, go to pick up & am asked what my order was, what pasta I wanted which clearly states it hasn’t been made & there is in fact chicken in it. Have given them a fair chance as the last couple times were busy but will no longer be buying from here again. If you have specific requests, highly recommend not ordering from here. 2 stars for when the order is correct the meal is enjoyable.
Nice garlic prawn soup! Whith a couple of prawns il add, I always say if you wouldn't eat it don't serve it!
The garlic bread was really good tho.
Got a couple of meals from here on Saturday. Both of us were happy with our main meals but both salads were very old. All the veggies looked very sad indeed, & we were very disappointed with them.
Always fast service, made piping hot and full of flavour. The only pasta we order anymore. We keep going back for more. Thank you for doing such a great job.
Past tasted like warm cream. My Shnit is uneditable and is driving water. Salad as you can see is disgusting. Chips nice but stone cold, tried to get my money back (just spent over $50) on doordash but they refused. Would not recommend this place and hope owner and company will reach out and refund me my money back. Shame on you.

The ravioli itself wasn't cooked well and i didn't like the beef inside cos it felt a lil colder.
Always perfect serving sizes and very generous with the cheese my favourite pasta cup hands down
Well that's the third time I've been to Pastacup Kwinana over the last year. Everytime, you come in, you don't get aknowledged and wait few minutes for the lady indian cook to finally say 'how can I help'? She never seems to be happy, angry looking always. The front young male staff supposed to take orders, always looks down and seems afraid to do his job. My order this time was ready as I waited 3 minutes until someone notice I've arrived as ask me what I was here for. With a strong customer service background, I suggest this franchise should get a doorbell, train it's staff and cook to customer service as although the food is nice, coming to a place with such low and unfriendly service doesn't make you want to come back. Just noticed another review from another person also mentioning something similar. Time for action and talk to Pastacup Kwinana guys! Other Pastacup franchises have a 5 star service but this is really bad. Sorry but 2 star is it.
Please don't waste your time or money.
Walked in and they ignored me while they had a fight for 2 minutes. Finally got served, told 10-15 minutes. Walked back in after 15 minutes and was told another 5 as they actually started preparing my meal. $17 for salty muck that hardly filled a bowl.
Just terrible.
I haven’t been here for about 3 years after finding a piece of plastic in my food but thought I’d give them another try tonight. Mistake. Ordered risotto, Got gnocchi which was like eating play dough (precisely why I NEVER order gnocchi outside of a proper Italian restaurant) Called to complain and all they said was do I want to place an order. Sauces were tasteless, pasta was overcooked. Garlic bread was eatable but was the same stuff you can get at the supermarket. They used to do slices of garlic bread, which is still advertised on the menu board so totally misleading. Won’t be back
Wasn't going to order due to delivery time but owner called me back saying can do a cook amd delivery in maximum of 45 minutes so ended up ordering.food turned up right on time and is also one of the best pastas ive had on a take away order anywhere in perth.only down fall was they forgot the cutlery definitely will order again
