Absolutely crazy women who work here won't be returning.worst customer service. Discriminating is not ok.

I made my way into party plus Joondalup today and had the unfortunate experience of overhearing the way the guy (who looked liked he ran the store) spoke to one of his staff members, I felt so uncomfortable and tried to hide through the isles as I didn't want to walk in front of them and feel awkward in front of them, I hope he finds nicer and more appropriate ways of speaking to his staff members in the future.

Wonderful experience. Both behind the counter Ladies were nice but I loved how Shenaid was knowledgeable and her eagerness to help, helped me find the right products. Good price and lots of choices. Will visit again.

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this business today as I was told that they had a large variety of balloons colours. I chose the ones I needed and when I went to pay I told with hostility that they were not for sale. I offered to pay extra as I needed those colours but was treated with even further hostility. Never again! Plenty of better business around. I ended up finding it elsewhere for a fraction of the price a few minutes later. And much better costumer service.

We hired the helium tank for $119 and the balloons deflated after 3 hours because they "forgot" to give me the size chart that shows you how big the balloons must be for it to last! Money wasted!

This is the best Party Shop in northern suburbs.

I ran into your store late yesterday to get balloons last minute for my mum's birthday and was delighted with the quick and lovely service received. The balloons looked fantastic and my mum was so happy with them. Would definitely recommend.

I went to the store once and received terrible customer service and never came back. I understand some days workers may not be in the best mood. I understand that but their was a certain sense of hostility when I walked into the shop. I was with 2 of my friends when one of my friends picked up and item and held it up to the light, just above his head. When a lady working at the desk scolded him, almost yelling at him to put it down, we are teenagers so she might have just disliked kids coming into the store, but it is still quite rude. When we left a few minutes later, after feeling quite unwelcome we got death stared as we walked out of the door. It wasn’t a friendly environment.

I recently got the balloons for my 21st birthday party from this store. The ladies behind the counter were so helpful and really put together exactly what I wanted. They came up with ideas and suggestions that I hadn't thought of and were all really friendly. When the balloons were delivered I couldn't have been happier and my photographs all look amazing with them in the background. Will definitely return.

Simply the BEST customer service around! I cannot thank them enough for helping us out when my Mum was sick and forgot to collect her order. With communication issues too, they did their utmost for us, and couldn't have been more sweet and helpful. We've had all our party stuff from them since I was pretty young and like many family run businesses, the extra care is why you go back. Thanks so much Party Plus Joondalup! My niece had a fab 1st birthday and the huge confetti balloons were an absolute hit!: D

I wrote a long and daming report about the actions of Christine on their facebook page under the picture of the Easter Bunny. Will post it here when I have time. If it lets me put up a second review. I too was a loyal customer for years but won't be going back and definitely do not reccomend this place.

After being a loyal customer for 9 years & spending thousands of dollars with them I have found the customer care skydive when I needed to cancel one order. I was told I couldn't as they'd inflated my balloons 2 days before my party. Most places offer a 24 hour cancellation policy. What upset me the most was the sales persons appalling attitudes & rudeness as there is no reason or excuse for it. I will never purchase from this shop again & have found that the cost is double what you'd pay from Big W & other local party outlets despite them being the exact same brands of party wear & balloons. Very nice people while you are spending money but the customer service stops there & that's a true test of a good place to buy. Avoid avoid avoid

The balloons had already started to deflate by Saturday so we felt doubley ripped off!
I ended up buying a number 10 from Big W for my daughter at a later date for half the price & it lasted for weeks! Hmmmmmm go figure! I’ve already referred over a dozen people to Big W who are enjoying the lower prices, oh & the staff are very accommodating & not at all rude like at Party Plus

Lovely owners, fantastic range of party products. I highly recommend their equipment hiring service. I have been using their services for over 6 years.
