Parkwood Primary School reviews
5 Student here in 2006. Don’t remember many specific details or names but I do associate it with a positive feeling. Attended for a few months until they realised my English was adequate. I was then transferred to Carlisle Primary School.
This school is a real melting pot of cultures and nationalities. It serves a role in allowing young children from international backgrounds to harness a better grasp of the English language. The teachers appear to be very caring and sensitive.
I went to this school from 2012-2019 and i personally think the teachers are great and that the school toilets should need a little bit of maintnance but overall beautiful school
Family have been to this school and it is a great place. The teachers are nice and the students are well behaved.
I was a student here in 2006, I met many friends from all over the world in this school. I met Frankie from Seychelle, Shakib from Afganistan, Mars and Sam from Africa (I forgot which country they were). They were my best friends. And I also admired miss Sehegal from India who was patient in handling students like me (I was naughty). I also like miss Lyon, a beautiful young teacher (maybe she’s married now). She calmed me down every time I cried, she hugged me and said “what’s the matter sweetheart? ”. Just by doing that it can make a little kid’s heart calm and warm. I think every teacher should do that to calm the kids down. Then the next year I transferred to Millen Elementary School because my English got better. All thanks to Parkwood Primary School
Oh, I almost forgot to mention: No Hat, No Play!
Staff and Teachers at Parkwood genuinely care for, and work hard for each of the students at this school. Each of our kids all loved attending this school over the past ten years. School grounds and building could however all do with some regular maintenance and a good spring clean though. LOL
