I can recommend the Pilates sessions given to small groups with individual tuition to each person. Good for maintaining flexibility and contributing to overall fitness.

Highly recommend this practice, particularly Brenda Plint. Reception and the practice in general are organised and helpful. Always on time and offer after hours and weekend appointments.

I would highly recommend Parkwood Physiotherapy Centre. Everybody is so friendly and helpful and can't thank them enough for looking after me and facilitating my recovery before and after surgery.

I have been attending Parkwood Physio since my hip replacement in late 2018, they have treated me in a very professional way and with extreme experience from the receptionists to all the physio therapists, nothing was too hard to meet my needs. They not only cared for my hip replacement they cared for my emotional needs to make sure my treatments progressed trough my recovered. A 5 star rating to this clinic doesn’t cover my appreciation.
