Overpriced & not recommended:

Positives:
Good free parking & undeniable fine location close to shopping facilities e.g. Mac, Aldi, Pizza shop.etc

A Spacious bathroom area with 2 sinks & a small shower cabin.
The kitchen sink is good & practical, unit has a good new washing machine.
Spacious green Park near-by to walk thru in the morning. Also, You can enjoy a special garden time, very adjacent to the apartment main street door inside the building.

Negative Facts:
This property by all means is over priced when compared to others in a broad spectrum/ comparison.

The unit (unit 3) isn't cozy as it might appear in the advertising pictures. It doesn't contain another sleeping sofa or an emergency floor mattress according to the rate which was listed.

No cutlery was found anywhere although the kitchen has other essentials. The Laundry "shared" Dryer is outside the property next to the door & not inside.

I had to check out early by 3 days due to the squeaky uncomfortable bed, the screw & nails are not well assembled in one or 2 legs, noisy bed squeaks easily when laying or turning on it. The bed grey linen was worn out, unpresentable & couldn't say for sure if they were clean & washed. May be they were cleaned!

We booked 9 days, the rate was $175 so we had to look for a quick sleep alternative after 6 days. Wish there was an extra sleeping sofa.

I asked for a refund for 2 nights instead of 3 but didn't get any feedback specially it wasn't my fault to skip those nights basically & lose over $500.

Before I checked in, I was overcharged by $35.45 by the property owner (above Agoda's price) & tried to know the reason but that wasn't explained.

The long power outage happened on our 4th day, we couldn't get inside the complex by night as the gate didn't operate.
We spent 4 hours in the suburb dark streets as no code was given to me to log in the building without the car.
No entry without going through the gate which doesn't operate when the power is out!

Wish they had a modern ventilation system inside the toilet cabin instead of the wire upper ceiling partially opened window.
On our arrival the apartment wasn't air ventilated, it seemed it was closed for some time. We had to use an air freshener.

I stayed at the one bedroom apartment for a week and it was a very pleasant experience. I made a request of an early check in that was only possible because of the owner, Mr. Vasu, who was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very clean, had all the necessary utensils and equipments in the kitchen. All basic facilities were top notch including the AC and washing machine. I highly recommend Parkline apartments and studios for your next trip. As we were new to Perth, this accommodation made us feel very much at home!

Great accomodation in a perfect location. The place was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was great. Close to plenty of restaurants and bars. Very happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again.

I booked a stay with parkline appointments last weekend. I made my booking 3 months in advance. 2 days prior to my arrival they sent me a text telling me they were unable to accommodate me and that I should make alternative arrangements. Now I was travelling from Sydney and state of origin was happening in Perth last weekend. I now had no accommodation and only 2 days notice. After I rang and complained LOUDLY, Vasu put me in contact with a substandard alternative which saw me spending the weekend in very poor accommodation with shared bathroom facilities. Vasu then had me listed with booking. Com as a no show. However after contacting booking. Com I did receive a full refund. However my advice would be, avoid Parkline Apartments. Stay anywhere else you can find.

Our oldest daughter lives there
on her own, and we stayed
with her until our daughter
in Willeton phoned us, with
thousands apologies, that she
had not heard us at her door,
and wanted us to come back
immediately to her home,
so we stayed there for 2 days
and 2 nights, until we could go
back to The Vines.children were marvellous to us.

Very overpriced accommodation, not recommended. Shower facilities were inadequate; bedding was unironed; inclusive breakfast was a tin of tuna a jar of vegemite and assorted packs of cereal; property security was very weak.

Bit of hicup at start as we had a few problems finding the accommodation. Partly because I was very tired and partly that there is no sign showing Parklane Villas.
Once inside we had a problem getting the air conditioning to work because it had been switched off outside.
Now for the good stuff.
The place was nice, nicely equipped and clean. Three air conditioners, well equipped kitchen, bed comfortable. We didn't need it but there was an excellent washing machine. Enough supplies for our continental breakfast.
I found the shower incontrollable but usable.
