Parklane Chinese Restaurant

Food had lots of flavour. Ordered the pad Thai which was nice but definitely needed a chilli symbol on the menu. I've never had spicy pad thai so wasn't expecting it and it was pretty hot!

I waited over 70 minutes for my delivery to arrive. When I rang the restaurant they told me there was a shortage of drivers.
I ordered from another restaurant and got my delivery in 30 minutes. Goodbye

Definitely won't be ordering from here again. The quality and taste was poor, one my dishes wasn't available took over 5min to work out what was going on. Then got compensated with another dish and 2 bags of prawn crackers.

Ordered through menulog. Was great food size portions, free prawn crackers and the food was amazing specially as a vegetarian.

Ordered through menulog - some of the most bland Chinese food I've eaten for a very long time.

The fried rice and spring rolls were just fine and the chicken satay was good enough to stop it getting 1 star but the veggie curry and veggie chow mein were both just oily and watery with no flavour. Massive regrets after ordering from here.

Have ordered several times. The food is not bad, but the service is TERRIBLE. Last time I ordered, the order was late and they mixed it up with someone else's, all of which is ok as I was promised a refund. I still haven't got it. I followed up several times and none of my messages were returned. It's been a week, and so far no refund, no replies and no communication.
I will not be returning.

RIP OFFS.had a look at their takeaway containers, there is very very little comparison to each one in size.

Just ordered the special fried rice and beef & black bean sauce with spring rolls.

The fried rice is average.it seems they've used cheap rice and a lack of ingredients. It's close to being bland.

The black bean sauce just tastes like cheap soy sauce. The beef is okay but it is soaked in this cheap soy sauce.so I can't really taste it.

The spring rolls are okay. I've had much better and I've also had much worse.

Next time I decide to order Chinese food, it will be somewhere more authentic and traditional.

Unfortunately the Satay Chicken was so thick & had so much peanut paste in it, it was hard to swallow & it had clumps of something crystallized and salty all through it, the fried rice was quite ordinary & king prawn omlete was very salty. I have had food from here over the years that has been quite good usually but todays food was not very good at all.

Urgent/emergency Menulog order yesterday.
Vegetable omelette and chow koay teow.
Delivered quickly and filled a spot.
Free prawn crackers are always a surefire way to my heart.

Food was okay. I’m giving a 4 star review as we only ordered soup and ice-cream which doesn’t give enough of an overall to be harsh, the wontons should be house-made you can tell that they weren’t, the deep fried ice-cream was good

Meal was great, the only let down was the soup.
Price was standard, serving was good sizes and the staff friendly and fast.

Ordered “The Family Feast“ via menu log.fast, efficient service. Food was absolutely amazing! One of the best Chinese food I have ever had. Very impressed with veggies which were fresh & crispy. I will be definitely ordering again. Thanking you

Worst Chinese takeaway we have ever purchased. Chilli beef with no taste of chilli. Satay chicken was so oily and tasted absolutely revolting. The prawn and cashew was totally tasteless. Mostly it went into our bin. First and only time for us.

Garlic lamb was awful didn't taste like lamb, chilli chicken was slimey no taste, satay beef was rock hard couldn't chew it by far the worst amount of money I've spent will never buy from here again

You gotta be kidding? I had a casual ph conversation with the nice girl last time I ordered. I said the best asian food I've tasted is red thai curry.she said she would ask the chef. I rang and she remembered me, said would you like to try one of our first red thai curries.wow.just took a chunk of it and its definitely not jar sauce.thank you all and you remain as my favourite restaurant.

Ordered through menu log all the way to Forrestfield and was very tasty and hot on delivery. Heaps of beef in the satay and lots of mixed meat in the fried rice. Thankyou for the free prawn crackers will be ordering again for sure
