I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a brand new Mazda from the Cannington Mazda dealership, and let me tell you, the experience was nothing short of amazing, all thanks to the incredible service provided by the one and only Kanishka!
From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership, Kanishka's infectious enthusiasm and genuine passion for all things Mazda were evident.

Up until today I’d purchased every car I owned through private sales, thinking I was always getting the better bargain.
Mazda Cannington has truly shown me how there is legitimate dealers and salesman’s out there. I had instant service as soon as I was looking around the lot and I had the pleasure to deal with Alfie. I never once felt pressured to go beyond my means. Alfie truly ensured any query was answered. I was on my way to go purchase from Toyota but his approach and the warmth of the dealership is why I stayed.
I recommend Alfie and Cannington Mazda to even the most Green of car buyers. The great reviews aren’t a lie especially about him. I have my dream car.

We usually come here to service our car because it is the closest Mazda Dealership to us. We own a Mazda CX-8.
Service staff are usually good. This time round in for our 40K service. Served by service advisor John Ingersent. John was great. Covered all in aspects of what we were gonna get in the service. Also asked if we wanted to get a couple of add-on checks, but wasn't pushy about it. He was also clear on the prices for everything.
Our wing mirrors weren't folding properly and John got them checked out and also tried to get them covered under warranty as we were just a month shy of our warranty expiry. Thankfully, Mazda Australia replaced them as part of warranty.
Car came backed serviced, washed, inside cleaned and tyres shined. Overall a good experience everytime.
Went with a family friend to terminate a contract due to a change in circumstances and they were very professional and pleasant. Highly regarded business.

Our experience at Parkland Mazda was excellent. The staff there are very professional, knowledgeable of their vehicles and very pleasantly friendly. We felt comfortable and treated as a valued customer with great respect. We are very happy with our vehicle purchase. WORST car service EVER.
I had 10,000KM car service on 23rd Sep at parkland mazda cannington. My car was kept there for more than 6 hours and I paid $326, my car was picked up with no basic cleaning, no car wash, no vacuum, no tyre shine. It looked like it has not been serviced at all to me. Last year, I had 1,000KM inspection here, not a pleasant experience either.they did not have sound team communication. One said this and one said that.be minded, I bought my car here.

Service is usual but not satisfied when clean & wash is a part of the service. Other car brands team up with external car wash & provide free vouchers for servicing at the dealership
The Fleet Manager - Jamie, at Parkland Mazda was very helpful and accomodating. I didn’t feel any pressure that you would expect from the stereotypical car salesperson. He provided in-depth vehicle knowledge and made me feel comfortable asking questions.
